【摘要】：共病是慢性病及老年患者人群突出的健康問(wèn)題之一,對(duì)于患者的臨床決策、預(yù)后及疾病管理均具有重要意義。本文介紹共病的概念、形式及其與多病共存的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述共病對(duì)個(gè)體死亡率、生存年限、衛(wèi)生服務(wù)利用等方面的影響,并對(duì)常用的共病評(píng)估工具進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)考察與述評(píng),展望今后共病及共病指數(shù)研究的方向,以期為今后共病及共病評(píng)估工具相關(guān)研究提供基礎(chǔ)資料。
[Abstract]:Syndesmosis is one of the prominent health problems in chronic diseases and elderly patients. It is of great significance to clinical decision, prognosis and disease management. This paper introduces the concept and form of co-disease and the difference and relation between co-disease and multi-disease. On the basis of this, the influence of co-disease on individual mortality, life span, utilization of health service and so on is expounded. Literature review and review of the commonly used co-disease assessment tools were carried out, and the future research directions of co-disease and co-disease index were prospected, in order to provide basic data for the related research of co-disease and co-disease assessment tools in the future.
