【摘要】：目的:分析以地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)測量的住所周圍建成環(huán)境與香港兒童體力活動的關(guān)系。方法:本研究的樣本為香港一間小學的81名7~11歲兒童(男生44人)。本研究數(shù)據(jù)來自一項為期三年的追蹤研究——兒童體力活動與營養(yǎng)調(diào)查(UCAN計劃)。受試兒童體力活動分別以Acti Graph GT3X型加速度計和家長問卷進行測量。受試兒童住所周圍道路總長度及住所至最近康樂設施的距離以GIS(Arc Map 10.0)測量。受試兒童被分為長道路組(住所周圍道路總長度≥50百分位)與短道路組(住所周圍道路總長度50百分位),及近設施組(住所至最近康樂設施的距離≤50百分位)與遠設施組(住所至最近康樂設施的距離50百分位)。各組間(長道路組vs.短道路組;近設施組vs.遠設施組)的體力活動時間差異以單因素協(xié)方差分析比較,同時控制受試兒童性別、年齡、身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)及母親受教育水平。結(jié)果:加速度計測量的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,男生無論在上學日還是周末日均比女生活躍。在控制受試兒童性別、年齡、BMI及母親受教育水平后,單因素協(xié)方差分析顯示相對于遠設施組兒童,近設施組兒童參與中高強度體力活動時間較長(126.8±34.4 vs.113.6±27.1分鐘/天,P0.05);而兩組間問卷報告的體力活動無差異。長道路組與短道路組間加速度計及問卷測量的體力活動均未見差異。結(jié)論:本研究初步證實,住所附近康樂設施對香港兒童的體力活動具有積極影響。今后的研究應納入更具代表性的樣本及更多的建成環(huán)境指標,以獲得城市建成環(huán)境與兒童體力活動關(guān)系的更有力證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between the built environment and physical activity of children in Hong Kong. Methods: a sample of 81 7- and 11-year-old children (44 males) from a primary school in Hong Kong was studied.
