在校大學(xué)生早餐攝入相關(guān)知識(shí)、態(tài)度及行為狀況調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的了解高校在校大學(xué)生早餐攝入相關(guān)知識(shí)、態(tài)度以及行為狀況,為指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生合理膳食提供依據(jù)。方法于2014年3—5月采用二階段抽樣方法,第一階段在吉林省吉林市吉林醫(yī)藥學(xué)院分層隨機(jī)抽取不同院系、年級(jí)的學(xué)生329人進(jìn)行早餐攝入相關(guān)知識(shí)和態(tài)度調(diào)查;第二階段在第一階段基礎(chǔ)上,隨機(jī)抽取118名學(xué)生進(jìn)行早餐攝入情況調(diào)查。結(jié)果大學(xué)生早餐知識(shí)和態(tài)度調(diào)查顯示,大多數(shù)學(xué)生能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到早餐對(duì)健康的重要性,女生比男生更重視早餐(87.9%vs 75.0%),女生了解早餐相關(guān)知識(shí)比男生多(45.2%vs 43.8%),也更關(guān)注早餐的營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況(48.8%vs 37.5%);女生經(jīng)常吃早餐的頻率(每周早餐頻率≥5次)明顯高于男生(79.3%vs 60.4%),且男生早餐就餐情況受上課影響也比女生大(56.9%vs 41.7%);早餐實(shí)際攝入狀況調(diào)查顯示,男生早餐攝入能量平均值為(2 498.9±637.9)k J,女生為(1 941.4±588.1)k J,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),且男女生早餐攝入能量均值低于推薦值標(biāo)準(zhǔn);攝入早餐能量不足者中,女生體重過輕者比例明顯高于男生(19.5%vs5.3%)。結(jié)論大學(xué)生對(duì)早餐相關(guān)知識(shí)的了解、重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)、早餐習(xí)慣以及能量攝入等方面還有待加強(qiáng)。為保證大學(xué)生良好的身體素質(zhì),有必要對(duì)在校大學(xué)生制定合理的早餐膳食規(guī)劃。
