以植物豐度為輔助變量的釘螺空間分層采樣研究

【摘要】:目的優(yōu)化湖沼型血吸蟲病流行區(qū)釘螺調(diào)查方法,為提高查螺效率提供依據(jù)。方法基于一處50 m×50 m的草洲范圍內(nèi)推掃式的釘螺調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),提出一種基于植物豐度分布特征為輔助變量的釘螺空間采樣策略;根據(jù)植物豐度數(shù)據(jù)進行空間分層,通過Hammond McCullagh方程計算各子區(qū)域內(nèi)的最優(yōu)采樣點數(shù)量;采用多向插值離散度的空間采樣布局方案(MDI),確定采樣點部署策略;并對比空間隨機采樣、系統(tǒng)采樣、空間分層采樣和三明治采樣。結(jié)果 5種采樣策略中,本研究提出的采樣策略所得到的抽樣絕對誤差最小,為0.213 8,系統(tǒng)抽樣誤差最大為0.924 4。結(jié)論本研究提出的釘螺采樣策略能夠獲得比空間隨機采樣策略、系統(tǒng)采樣策略、空間分層采樣策略和三明治采樣策略更高的估算精確度。
[Abstract]:Objective to optimize the investigation method of snail in lake and marsh schistosomiasis endemic area and to provide evidence for improving snail detection efficiency. Methods based on the survey data of snails in a 50 m 脳 50 m continent, a spatial sampling strategy based on the characteristics of plant abundance distribution was proposed, and the spatial stratification was carried out according to the data of plant abundance. The optimal number of sampling points in each sub-region is calculated by Hammond McCullagh equation, the spatial sampling layout scheme (MDI),) with multi-direction interpolation discreteness is used to determine the deployment strategy of sampling points, and the sampling strategy is compared with random sampling and system sampling. Spatial stratified sampling and sandwich sampling. Results among the five sampling strategies, the sampling absolute error was the smallest (0.213 8) and the maximum sampling error (0.924 4) was obtained by the proposed sampling strategy. Conclusion the snail sampling strategy proposed in this study can obtain higher estimation accuracy than the spatial random sampling strategy, the system sampling strategy, the spatial stratified sampling strategy and the sandwich sampling strategy.
