某鉛酸蓄電池企業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝改造后鉛和噪聲職業(yè)病危害調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的分析某鉛酸蓄電池企業(yè)引進國外極板生產(chǎn)線進行生產(chǎn)工藝改造后鉛和噪聲危害狀況。方法以某引進國外極板生產(chǎn)線(調(diào)查組)和某傳統(tǒng)極板生產(chǎn)線(對照組)的鉛酸蓄電池企業(yè)為調(diào)查對象,分別進行工作場所職業(yè)病危害因素檢測、職業(yè)健康檢查和職業(yè)病防護措施分析。結(jié)果調(diào)查組工作場所鉛煙和鉛塵水平超標(biāo)率均低于對照組(13.6%vs 71.0%,19.2%vs 72.3%,P0.01),調(diào)查組作業(yè)工人尿鉛水平超標(biāo)率低于對照組(15.6%vs37.5%,P0.05)。調(diào)查組和對照組工作場所噪聲強度超標(biāo)率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(38.9%vs 43.5%,P0.05)),調(diào)查組和對照組作業(yè)工人聽力損失率、雙耳高頻平均聽閾≥40 d BHL和較好耳語頻平均聽閾≥26 d BHL檢出率差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(43.8%vs 37.5%,9.4%vs 12.5%,3.1%vs 5.4%,P0.05)。結(jié)論極板生產(chǎn)線改造有利于鉛職業(yè)病危害的防治控制,但對于噪聲職業(yè)病危害的防治控制并無明顯優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the harmful situation of lead and noise in a lead-acid battery enterprise after introducing foreign pole plate production line. Methods A lead-acid battery enterprise with imported foreign polar plate production line (investigation group) and a traditional pole plate production line (control group) was used to investigate the occupational hazard factors in the workplace. Occupational health examination and analysis of occupational disease prevention measures.
