藁桿雙臍螺密度和靜水沉速的測定

【摘要】:目的了解曼氏血吸蟲的中間宿主藁桿雙臍螺的生態(tài)水力學(xué)特性。方法采用排水體積法和沉降管法分別測定了雙臍螺的密度和靜水沉速。結(jié)果藁桿雙臍螺的密度在1.04~1.16 g/cm~3之間,平均密度為1.08 g/cm3;其靜水沉速在2.32~12.92 cm/s之間。結(jié)論藁桿雙臍螺的生態(tài)水力學(xué)特性與釘螺有所不同,在研究采用水利措施防控藁桿雙臍螺擴(kuò)散中應(yīng)考慮其特性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the ecological and hydraulic characteristics of Schistosoma mansoni, an intermediate host of Schistosoma mansoni. Methods the density and hydrostatic sedimentation velocity of snail were measured by drainage volume method and sedimentation tube method respectively. Results the density of Gaolius bicusphora was 1.04 ~ 1.16 g/cm~3, the average density was 1.08 g / cm ~ (-3), and the hydrostatic sedimentation rate was between 2.32 and 12.92 cm/s. Conclusion the ecological and hydraulic characteristics of Biomonas mandarinensis are different from those of Oncomelania hupensis, and its characteristics should be considered in the study on the prevention and control of the diffusion of the snail by using water conservancy measures.
