【摘要】：目的分析梧州市65年來瘧疾防治歷程,為該市今后的瘧疾監(jiān)測和防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集整理1950-2015年該市瘧疾防治資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果該市1950年代瘧疾發(fā)病率為1 435.55/10萬,高于廣西平均水平,瘧疾死亡率為0.95/10萬。1979年當(dāng)?shù)鼐用癔懠舶l(fā)病率下降至3.61/10萬,1997年至今未再發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)馗腥警懠膊∪恕?980年該市出現(xiàn)流動(dòng)人口輸入性瘧疾病人,自1981年起輸入性瘧疾病人數(shù)超過當(dāng)?shù)鼐用癔懠膊∪藬?shù);近5年87.50%(7/8)的輸入性瘧疾病例來自東南亞國家。結(jié)論廣西壯族自治區(qū)梧州市已達(dá)到消除瘧疾標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但仍受到輸入性瘧疾威脅,需繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測和控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the course of malaria control in Wuzhou City in the past 65 years, and to provide scientific basis for malaria surveillance and control in Wuzhou City. Methods data of malaria control from 1950 to 2015 in the city were collected and analyzed. Results in the 1950s, the incidence of malaria in the city was 1 435.55 / 100 000, which was higher than the average level in Guangxi. The malaria mortality rate was 0.95 / 100,000. In 1979, the incidence of malaria among local residents fell to 361,100, 000, and no local malaria patients have been found since 1997. In 1980, there were imported malaria patients from the floating population in the city. Since 1981, the number of imported malaria cases has exceeded that of local residents, and 87.50% (7 / 8) of imported malaria cases in recent 5 years are from Southeast Asian countries. Conclusion Wuzhou City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region has met the standard of malaria elimination, but it is still threatened by imported malaria, so it is necessary to strengthen surveillance and control.
