【摘要】：目的了解河南省農(nóng)村6歲留守兒童口腔健康行為及家長的口腔健康知識和態(tài)度,為其口腔保健工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,選擇河南省農(nóng)村159名6歲留守兒童家長作為調(diào)查對象,并以150名非留守兒童作為對照。參照第三次全國口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查5歲兒童家長問卷,設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷,問卷由家長當(dāng)場填答后收回。結(jié)果 8.8%的留守兒童經(jīng)常睡前吃甜食;留守兒童每天進(jìn)食至少1次的食品主要是甜點(56.0%)、糖果或巧克力(41.5%)、糖水(34.6%)、碳酸飲料(35.2%)、加糖果汁(35.2%);59.7%的留守兒童每天刷牙1次及以上;留守兒童含氟牙膏使用率為20.8%;5.7%的留守兒童家長每天幫助孩子刷牙;留守兒童1 a內(nèi)就醫(yī)比例為37.7%。留守兒童與非留守兒童相比,每日刷牙次數(shù)、家長幫助刷牙頻率及1 a內(nèi)就醫(yī)率差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為9.845,8.668,P值均0.05);飲食習(xí)慣、開始刷牙年齡、含氟牙膏使用率、家長的口腔健康知識知曉率及口腔健康態(tài)度差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論河南省農(nóng)村6歲留守兒童的口腔健康行為、就醫(yī)行為不容樂觀,家長的口腔健康知識缺乏,對兒童口腔健康不夠重視,應(yīng)抓好農(nóng)村留守兒童及家長的口腔健康教育工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate oral health behavior of 6 year old left-behind children and their parents' oral health knowledge and attitude in rural areas of Henan province, and to provide scientific basis for oral health care. Methods by stratified random sampling, 159 parents of left-behind children aged 6 years in rural areas of Henan Province were selected as subjects, and 150 non-left-behind children as control. The questionnaire was designed according to the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey. Results 8.8% of the left-behind children often ate sweet food before bedtime, and 59.7% of the left-behind children brushed their teeth once a day (56.0%), candy or chocolate (41.5%), sugar water (34.6%), carbonated drinks (35.2%), sugar juices (35.2%) and sugar juices (35.2%). The rate of using fluoride toothpaste in left-behind children was 20.8% and 37.7% respectively. There were significant differences in the frequency of brushing teeth per day, the frequency of assisted brushing by parents and the rate of medical treatment within 1 year (蠂 ~ 2 = 9.845, 8.668, P = 0.05, respectively), the eating habits, the age of brushing, the rate of using fluoride toothpaste, the age of brushing teeth, the frequency of brushing teeth, and the rate of medical treatment within one year (蠂 ~ 2 = 9.845). There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of oral health knowledge and oral health attitude among parents (P < 0.05). Conclusion the oral health behavior of 6 year old left-behind children in Henan province is not optimistic, the oral health knowledge of parents is lack, and the oral health of children is not paid enough attention to. Therefore, the oral health education of rural left-behind children and their parents should be done well.
