【摘要】：目的了解重慶市永川區(qū)小學(xué)階段留守兒童與非留守兒童心理健康狀況,為留守兒童心理研究和制訂預(yù)防留守兒童心理問題的策略和措施提供理論依據(jù)。方法選用小學(xué)生心理健康評(píng)定量表(MHRSP)對(duì)永川區(qū)4所小學(xué)4 987名在校小學(xué)生心理健康狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)定。其中非留守兒童3 482人(69.82%),留守兒童為1 505人(30.18%)。結(jié)果共收回有效問卷為4 753份,有效回收率為95.31%。留守兒童MHRSP總分偏離檢出率為13.98%,明顯高于非留守兒童MHRSP總分偏離檢出率(6.33%);留守兒童學(xué)習(xí)障礙的偏離檢出率為14.90%,情緒障礙的偏離檢出率為16.81%,性格缺陷的偏離檢出率為12.36%,社會(huì)適應(yīng)障礙的偏離檢出率為13.91%,品德缺陷的偏離檢出率為14.27%,不良習(xí)慣的偏離檢出率為15.61%,行為障礙的偏離檢出率為16.53%,特種障礙的偏離檢出率為11.72%,與非留守兒童相比,除性格缺陷、社會(huì)適應(yīng)障礙、品德缺陷差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)外,其他5項(xiàng)檢出率及評(píng)分均高于非留守兒童。男生學(xué)習(xí)障礙、情緒障礙、不良習(xí)慣分量表得分均高于女生,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。高年級(jí)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)障礙、情緒障礙、性格缺陷、社會(huì)適應(yīng)障礙、品德缺陷、行為障礙分量表得分高于低年級(jí)學(xué)生,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論重慶市永川區(qū)農(nóng)村留守兒童心理健康水平較低,較非留守兒童問題更為嚴(yán)重,在開展小學(xué)生心理健康教育工作中,尤其應(yīng)重視農(nóng)村留守兒童的心理健康教育,并針對(duì)不同年齡和性別開展心理健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the mental health status of left-behind children and non-left-behind children in primary school in Yongchuan district of Chongqing, and to provide theoretical basis for the psychological research of left-behind children and the formulation of strategies and measures to prevent the psychological problems of left-behind children. Methods the mental health status of 4 987 pupils in 4 primary schools in Yongchuan district was evaluated with MHRSP. Among them, 3 482 (69.82%) were non-left-behind children, and 1 505 (30.18%) were left behind children. Results A total of 4753 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 95.31%. The total deviation rate of MHRSP in left-behind children was 13.98, which was significantly higher than that of non-left-behind children (6.33%), the deviation rate of learning disability in left-behind children was 14.90, the deviation rate of emotional disorder was 16.81, and the deviation rate of personality defect was 16.81. The deviation rate of social adaptation disorder was 13.91, that of moral defect was 14.27, that of bad habit was 15.61, that of behavior disorder was 16.53, and that of special disorder was 11.72.Compared with that of non-left-behind children, the deviation rate of social adaptation disorder was 13.91, that of moral defect was 14.27, that of bad habit was 15.61, that of behavior disorder was 16.53, and that of special disorder was 11.72. Except for personality defect, social adaptation disorder and moral defect, there was no significant difference (P0.05), and the other 5 items were higher than those of non-left-behind children (P0.05). The scores of boys with learning disabilities, emotional disorders and bad habits were higher than those of girls (P0.05). The scores of learning disabilities, emotional disorders, personality defects, social adaptation disorders, moral defects, behavioral disorders were significantly higher in senior students than those in lower grade students (P0.05). Conclusion the mental health level of rural left-behind children in Yongchuan district of Chongqing is lower than that of non-left-behind children. In developing mental health education of primary school students, we should pay special attention to the mental health education of rural left-behind children. Mental health education was carried out for different ages and genders.
