山東省黃海海域海水產(chǎn)品中硼本底含量調(diào)查及居民攝入量評估

【摘要】:目的了解山東省黃海海域主要海水產(chǎn)品中硼本底含量及居民膳食攝入量,為質(zhì)量監(jiān)管及指導(dǎo)飲食等提供參考。方法 2014-2015年,在黃海海域采集各類海水產(chǎn)品211份,采用ICP-MS法檢測海水產(chǎn)品中硼含量;結(jié)合2010-2013年中國居民營養(yǎng)與健康狀況調(diào)查,對居民海水產(chǎn)品中硼的攝入量進(jìn)行初步估計(jì)。結(jié)果雙殼類海水產(chǎn)品中硼本底含量最高,為4.65 mg/kg。魚類海水產(chǎn)品中硼本底含量最低,為0.82 mg/kg。其他類(海蜇)、頭足類、甲殼類海水產(chǎn)品中硼本底含量分別為3.25 mg/kg,2.59 mg/kg,1.91 mg/kg。初步估計(jì)了山東省居民海水產(chǎn)品硼的攝入量約為0.16mg/d。結(jié)論山東省黃海海域不同種類海水產(chǎn)品中硼本底含量存在差異,雙殼類海水產(chǎn)品硼本底含量最高,魚類海水產(chǎn)品硼本底含量最低。山東省居民海水產(chǎn)品中硼的膳食暴露量較低,居民總膳食硼的攝入量處于安全范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the content of boron background and dietary intake of residents in the main seawater products in Huang Hai area of Shandong Province, and to provide reference for quality supervision and diet guidance. Methods from 2014 to 2015, 211 samples of seawater products were collected in Huang Hai sea area, and boron content in seawater products was determined by ICP-MS method, and the intake of boron in seawater products was estimated with the survey of nutrition and health status of Chinese residents from 2010 to 2013. Results the content of boron background was the highest (4.65 mg / kg) in bivalve seawater products. The lowest content of boron background was 0.82 mg / kg. The content of boron background in other species (jellyfish), cephalopod, crustacean sea water products was 3.25 mg / kg 2.59 mg / kg ~ (-1) mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) respectively. It was preliminarily estimated that the intake of boron in seawater products of Shandong Province was about 0.16 mg / d. Conclusion the content of boron background in different kinds of seawater products in Huang Hai sea area of Shandong Province is different. The content of boron background in bivalve seawater product is the highest, and that in fish seawater product is the lowest. The dietary exposure of boron in seawater products of Shandong Province was low, and the intake of total dietary boron was in the safe range.
