區(qū)域性大型活動(dòng)衛(wèi)生保障住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:【目的】 探討區(qū)域性大型活動(dòng)衛(wèi)生保障住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建立和評(píng)價(jià)賓館衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量水平的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,為區(qū)域性大型活動(dòng)住宿場(chǎng)所開展衛(wèi)生保障工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 【方法】 1.文獻(xiàn)綜述法確立建立住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的初選指標(biāo)體系,兩輪德爾菲法確定住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 2.專家評(píng)分法確定住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系每項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)。 3.線性加權(quán)綜合法建立線性住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查表并到常州市轄區(qū)以及兩個(gè)縣級(jí)市的候選賓館進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查,利用模型對(duì)實(shí)際調(diào)查的賓館數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 【結(jié)果】 1.采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法確立的住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量初選指標(biāo)體系包含一級(jí)指標(biāo)5項(xiàng):“衛(wèi)生管理”、“衛(wèi)生設(shè)施”、“集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)”、“公共用品”、“客用健康相關(guān)產(chǎn)品”;二級(jí)指標(biāo)23項(xiàng),其中,衛(wèi)生管理類二級(jí)指標(biāo)6個(gè)、衛(wèi)生設(shè)施類5個(gè)、集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)類5個(gè)、公共用品類4個(gè)、客用健康相關(guān)產(chǎn)品類3個(gè)。 2.30名咨詢專家的平均工齡為(20.63±5.80)年,兩輪的應(yīng)答率均為100%,權(quán)威系數(shù)分別為0.86±0.06、0.89±0.06,Kendall協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.807(χ2=1858.758,P<0.01)、0.869(χ2=2018.723,P<0.01),經(jīng)卡方檢驗(yàn)均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;通過(guò)兩輪函詢后最終確定住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)一級(jí)指標(biāo)5項(xiàng)、二級(jí)指標(biāo)22項(xiàng)。 3.采用專家評(píng)分法確立指標(biāo)體系中各級(jí)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),其中一級(jí)指標(biāo)“衛(wèi)生管理”、“衛(wèi)生設(shè)施”、“集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)”、“公共用品”、“客用健康相關(guān)產(chǎn)品”的平均權(quán)重分別為2.00、2.00、2.89、2.02、1.09,權(quán)重系數(shù)大小表明集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)是衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作中需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注和檢查項(xiàng)目。 4.運(yùn)用線性加權(quán)綜合法建立的住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,到常州市轄區(qū)和縣級(jí)市的48家賓館進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查,,采用綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型篩選出35家具備良好衛(wèi)生保障能力的賓館。 【結(jié)論】 德爾菲法和線性加權(quán)綜合法是構(gòu)建區(qū)域性大型活動(dòng)衛(wèi)生保障住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的有效方法,大型活動(dòng)衛(wèi)生保障住宿場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的建立,將為大型活動(dòng)住宿接待單位的事先遴選和開展衛(wèi)生保障工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù),具有推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the establishment of health quality evaluation index system for regional large-scale health activities and the comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating hotel hygiene quality level. To provide a scientific basis for the development of health protection in regional large-scale activity accommodation. [methods] 1. The method of literature review established the primary index system for health quality evaluation of residential premises, and the two-round Delphi method established the index system of health evaluation for residential places. 2. The expert scoring method determines the weight coefficient of each index in the evaluation index system of health quality in accommodation. 3. 3. The linear weighted synthesis method was used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of the health quality of the linear accommodation. According to the index system, the questionnaire was designed and investigated in the candidate hotels in Changzhou municipal district and two county-level cities. The model is used to evaluate the hotel data. [results] 1. The primary index system of sanitation quality in residential places established by literature review method includes 5 items: "hygienic management", "sanitation facilities", "centralized air conditioning and ventilation system", "public goods" and "customer health related products". Among the 23 second-class indexes, 6 were for sanitation management, 5 for sanitation, 5 for central air conditioning and ventilation system, and 4 for public goods. The weight coefficient of various indexes in the index system was established by expert scoring method, among which "sanitary management", "sanitation facilities", "centralized air conditioning and ventilation system", "public goods", The average weight of "customer health related products" is 2.00 ~ 2.00 ~ 2.89g / 2.02 / 1.09 respectively. The weight coefficient indicates that the central air conditioning and ventilation system should be paid more attention to and checked in the hygienic supervision work. 4. Based on the comprehensive evaluation model of hygienic quality of accommodation, 48 hotels in Changzhou city district and county city were investigated by using linear weighted synthesis method. The comprehensive evaluation model was used to screen 35 hotels with good health security capability. [conclusion] Delphi method and linear weighted synthesis method are used to construct regional large scale health care accommodation for large scale activities. The effective method of health quality evaluation index system, The establishment of a comprehensive evaluation model of health quality in large scale activity health guarantee places will provide scientific basis for the pre-selection and development of health security work of large activity accommodation reception units, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
