嬰幼兒聯(lián)合超聲篩查在促進兒童健康發(fā)育中的應用與推廣

【摘要】:目的探討嬰幼兒聯(lián)合超聲篩查的臨床應用價值。方法使用高端彩超對庫爾勒400名不同民族的嬰幼兒從出生至2歲前進行規(guī)范系統(tǒng)的的發(fā)育異常的超聲篩查(包括足月新生兒顱腦、2月嬰兒髖關節(jié)發(fā)育及3個月嬰兒心臟彩超的篩查),對需要跟蹤觀察或治療的病例進行超聲隨訪。結果項目實施期間嬰幼兒聯(lián)合超聲篩查完成3034例,其中新生兒顱腦超聲檢查共檢查1663例,檢查對象為出生1~27天的新生兒及2歲以內(nèi)前囟未閉合的嬰兒,共檢出顱內(nèi)異;純328例(其中不同程度的顱內(nèi)出血256例,腦積水8例,缺血性腦病22例,腦實質(zhì)出血(IPH)8例,腦實質(zhì)結構回聲異常4例);新生兒髖關節(jié)超聲篩查共檢查1344例,檢查對象為出生26天至6個月以內(nèi)的嬰兒,共檢出髖關節(jié)異常患兒44例,占總人數(shù)的3.2%;小兒超聲心動圖篩查共檢查127例,18例心臟彩超檢查結果異常,9例室間隔缺損,3例卵圓孔未閉、1例動脈導管未閉、2例房間隔缺損。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of combined ultrasound screening in infants. Methods 400 infants of different nationalities from birth to the age of 2 years were screened by using high-end color ultrasound for systematic abnormal development (including craniocerebral of full-term newborn, hip joint development of 2-month infants and 3-month-old infants). Sonographic examination of the child's heart color Doppler ultrasound followed up cases requiring follow-up or treatment. Results during the implementation of the project, 3034 infants were screened by combined ultrasound, 1663 of them were examined by craniocerebral ultrasound. The subjects were newborns born at 1 to 27 days old and infants under 2 years old who had not closed anterior fontanelle. A total of 328 cases of intracranial abnormalities were detected (including 256 cases of intracranial hemorrhage, 8 cases of hydrocephalus, 22 cases of ischemic encephalopathy, 8 cases of cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage (IPH), 4 cases of abnormal echo of cerebral parenchyma), and 1344 cases of neonatal hip joint ultrasonic examination. The subjects were infants born within 26 days to 6 months, 44 children with abnormal hip joint were detected. Echocardiographic screening of 127 cases with 18 cases of echocardiography showed abnormal results in 9 cases of ventricular septal defect (VSD) in 3 cases of patent foramen ovale and 1 case of patent ductus arteriosus in 2 cases of atrial septal defect (ASD).
