【摘要】:異丙胺屬有毒物質(zhì),吸入異丙胺蒸氣或霧,對(duì)皮膚有中等刺激性,對(duì)眼部有嚴(yán)重刺激性,對(duì)粘膜中等刺激性。攝取和黏膜吸收有中等毒性。工人暴露在異丙胺環(huán)境中,被發(fā)現(xiàn)會(huì)出現(xiàn)短暫的視覺干擾,還會(huì)造成角膜水腫,液體或霧嚴(yán)重?fù)p害眼睛,重者可致失明對(duì)呼吸道有刺激性;持續(xù)高濃度吸入引起肺水腫?芍缕つw灼傷?诜苽,大量口服可引起死亡。而異丙胺作為一種重要的精細(xì)化工中間體,其用途主要用作溶劑、有機(jī)合成、乳化劑、橡膠硫化促進(jìn)劑、殺蟲劑、脫毛劑、表面活性劑、2,4-D的增溶劑等。我國(guó)對(duì)工作場(chǎng)所空氣中異丙胺接觸限值做了規(guī)定,GBZ2.1-2007《工作場(chǎng)所有害因素職業(yè)接觸限值》中規(guī)定時(shí)間加權(quán)平均容許濃度(PC-TWA)為12mg/m~3,短時(shí)間接觸容許濃度(PC-STEL)為24mg/m~3,但是沒有相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)方法。 目的建立工作場(chǎng)所空氣中異丙胺測(cè)定方法,為職業(yè)衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域該物質(zhì)測(cè)定提供方法支持。 方法對(duì)比氣相色譜法和液相色譜法,采用實(shí)驗(yàn)室靜態(tài)配齊的試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)儀器測(cè)定條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和改進(jìn),采用氣相色譜法,以保留時(shí)間定性,以已知標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列濃度為橫坐標(biāo),測(cè)得的峰面積為縱坐標(biāo)建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線進(jìn)行定量,對(duì)方法的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。 結(jié)果方法采用氣相色譜法,該方法靈敏度較高,色譜峰形尖銳,檢出限(LOD)為0.688μg/mL。定量下限(LOQ)為2.30μg/mL,在采樣20L的條件下,該方法的最低檢出濃度為0.12mg/m~3。配置濃度為0、6.88μg/mL、13.76μg/mL、27.52μg/mL、55.04μg/mL、110.08μg/mL、220.16μg/mL、550.40μg/mL的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列,以濃度為橫坐標(biāo),測(cè)得峰面積為縱坐標(biāo),得回歸方程Y=1671.316X-3186.64,相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.9994,線性范圍在6.88~550.4μg/mL。該方法批內(nèi)精密度為2.3%~4.4%,批間精密度為1.4%~5.0%,解析效率為91.8%~98.2%,樣品于4℃冰箱條件下保存至少可存放七天。 結(jié)論本方法靈敏度較高,峰形較好,,適用于職業(yè)衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域空氣中異丙胺濃度測(cè)定。
[Abstract]:Isopropylamine is a toxic substance, inhaling isopropylamine vapor or fog, has moderate irritation to the skin, serious irritation to the eyes, and middle irritation to the mucous membrane. Uptake and mucosal absorption are moderately toxic. Workers exposed to isopropylamine are found to have transient visual disturbances, corneal edema, fluid or fog serious damage to the eye, severe blindness, irritation to the respiratory tract, and persistent high concentrations of inhalation to cause pulmonary edema. Can cause skin burns. Oral burns the digestive tract, a large number of oral can cause death. As an important fine chemical intermediate, isopropylamine is mainly used as solvent, organic synthesis, emulsifier, rubber vulcanizing accelerator, insecticide, hair remover, surfactant and so on. The limit of exposure to isopropylamine in workplace air has been stipulated in GBZ2.1-2007 (Occupational exposure limit for harmful factors in the Workplace). The time-weighted mean allowable concentration (PC-TWA) is 12 mg / m-1, and the allowable concentration of short time exposure (PC-STEL) is 24 mg / m ~ (3), but there is no phase. The standard test method should be used. Objective to establish a method for the determination of isopropylamine in workplace air. Methods by comparing gas chromatography with liquid chromatography, the test method of static matching in laboratory was used to optimize and improve the measuring conditions of the instrument. The determination conditions were determined by gas chromatography with the retention time and the known standard series concentration as the horizontal coordinate. The measured peak area is measured by establishing a standard curve in the ordinate to evaluate the performance of the method. Results Gas chromatography was used.
