【摘要】：目的初步修訂中文版物質(zhì)使用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估量表(SURPS),并評(píng)價(jià)其信度和效度,為該量表在中國(guó)的推廣使用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法通過(guò)雙向翻譯獲得中文版SURPS初版量表,結(jié)合中國(guó)小學(xué)生特點(diǎn)初步對(duì)該初版量表的理論結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行修訂,并采用項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因子分子、驗(yàn)證性因子分析和信效度檢驗(yàn)方法對(duì)廣西壯族自治區(qū)百色市2014年3月—2015年6月抽取的3所小學(xué)共948名小學(xué)生的物質(zhì)使用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證該量表理論結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性。結(jié)果修訂后的中文版SURPS模型與原量表因子擬合指數(shù)基本達(dá)到可接受的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),探索性因子分析結(jié)果顯示,中文版SURPS量表4個(gè)公因子的累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率為54.16%,各條目所屬因子結(jié)構(gòu)與原量表基本一致;驗(yàn)證性因子分析結(jié)果顯示,χ~2/df為5.214,近似誤差均方根為0.063,擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)、調(diào)整擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)、規(guī)范擬合指數(shù)、增量擬合指數(shù)分別為0.889、0.862、0.898、0.893;修訂后的中文版SURPS量表具有較好的項(xiàng)目區(qū)分度,各條目得分與其所屬維度得分的相關(guān)系數(shù)均在0.667~0.818(均P0.001);量表總體Cronbach'sα系數(shù)和重測(cè)信度分別為0.801和0.776,感覺(jué)尋求、絕望、焦慮敏感、沖動(dòng)4個(gè)維度的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.698~0.811,重測(cè)信度為0.601~0.754。結(jié)論修訂的中文版SURPS量表在中國(guó)小學(xué)生中的信度和效度指標(biāo)均符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)的要求,可適用于我國(guó)青少年物質(zhì)使用相關(guān)個(gè)體特征因素的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective to preliminarily revise the Chinese version of the material use risk assessment scale (SURPS), and evaluate its reliability and validity, and provide a scientific basis for the promotion and use of the scale in China. Methods the Chinese version of the first edition of SURPS was obtained through two-way translation, and the theoretical structure of the first edition was revised with the characteristics of Chinese primary school students, and the project was adopted. Analysis, exploratory factor molecule, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity test method to analyze the material use risk of 948 primary school students from 3 primary schools in Baise, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March 2014 to June 2015, to verify the rationality of the theoretical structure of the scale. The revised Chinese version of SURPS model and the original scale factor The fitting index basically reached acceptable standard. The result of exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution of the 4 public factors of the Chinese version of the SURPS scale was 54.16%. The structure of the factors belonging to each item was basically the same as the original scale. The result of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the x ~2/df was 5.214, the approximate error mean square root was 0.063, the goodness of fit index was adjusted. The overall fit index, the standard fitting index and the incremental fitting index are 0.889,0.862,0.898,0.893, and the revised Chinese version of the SURPS scale has a better item division, and the correlation coefficient between the scores of each item and its dimension is 0.667~0.818 (all P0.001), and the overall Cronbach's alpha coefficient and retest reliability of the scale are 0.801, respectively. And 0.776, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of sensation seeking, despair, anxiety sensitivity, impulse 4 dimensions is 0.698~0.811, the retest reliability of the retested Chinese version of the revised Chinese version of the SURPS scale in Chinese primary school students is in conformity with the requirements of psychometrics, and can be applied to the individual characteristics of the physical use of young people in China.
