【摘要】：目的分析遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)吸煙者吸煙習慣及其特征,為吸煙行為危險因素控制提供基礎數據。方法采用分層隨機整群抽樣方法在遼寧省抽取8 612名城鄉(xiāng)居民進行慢性病行為危險因素調查,分析其中2 771名吸煙者1支煙抽吸長度和香煙霧吸入深度的水平和特征。結果遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)居民吸煙率為32.2%,男性吸煙率(53.7%)高于女性吸煙率(11.6%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=1 746.708,P0.01);吸煙量10支/d、10~19支/d和≥20支/d的比例分別為22.63%、33.63%和43.74%;吸煙者1支煙抽吸長度1/2支、1/2~3/4支和全部吸完的比例分別為7.49%、27.76%和64.75%;香煙霧幾乎不吸入、吸入一點、吸入一半和吸入很多的比例分別為8.47%、21.25%、35.41%和34.87%;男性吸煙者吸煙≥20支/d,一支煙抽吸長度1/2~3/4支、香煙霧吸入很多的比例分別為45.99%、28.77%、36.59%,均高于女性吸煙者的33.79%、23.33%、27.25%(均P0.01);相關分析結果顯示,1支煙抽吸長度和香煙霧吸入深度均與吸煙量呈正相關(r=0.192、0.234,均P0.01),1支煙抽吸長度與香煙霧吸入深度呈正相關(r=0.339,P0.01)。結論不同性別、吸煙量的吸煙者1支煙抽吸長度和香煙霧吸入深度均存在顯著差異,改變吸煙者吸煙行為模式,增加吸煙者中少吸和淺吸者比例,將有效降低吸煙者的健康風險。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze smoking habits and characteristics of smokers in urban and rural areas of Liaoning province, and to provide basic data for controlling risk factors of smoking behavior. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the risk factors of chronic diseases among 8 612 urban and rural residents in Liaoning Province.
