妊娠母鼠飼喂葉黃素對(duì)初生仔鼠體質(zhì)量及血清和消化道免疫球蛋白的影響

【摘要】:為明確妊娠母鼠添加飼喂葉黃素對(duì)初生仔鼠免疫功能的影響,對(duì)妊娠母鼠添加飼喂葉黃素后檢測(cè)母鼠產(chǎn)前14 d內(nèi)體質(zhì)量變化、母鼠產(chǎn)前第14天至產(chǎn)后第14天日采食量變化、仔鼠出生后14 d內(nèi)體質(zhì)量變化以及出生第7天和第14天仔鼠血清、胃內(nèi)容物和糞便中免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,Ig A)和免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)含量變化。結(jié)果表明:母鼠體質(zhì)量、母鼠日采食量、仔鼠出生后6 d的體質(zhì)量均沒(méi)有顯著變化(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組仔鼠出生后7~14 d的體質(zhì)量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組仔鼠出生第7天和第14天血清中和胃內(nèi)容物中Ig G含量均顯著升高(P0.05,P0.01),而糞便中Ig G含量與對(duì)照組無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組仔鼠第7天和第14天胃內(nèi)容物中Ig A含量極顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01),而血清和糞便中Ig A含量雖呈升高趨勢(shì),但與對(duì)照組無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果說(shuō)明給妊娠母鼠飼喂葉黃素可以增強(qiáng)初生仔鼠的免疫能力。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the effect of lutein supplementation on the immune function of newborn mice, the changes of maternal body mass and intake of maternal rats were detected after feeding lutein for 14 days before and 14 days after birth. The changes of body mass on the 14th day after birth and the changes of immunoglobulin A (Ig A) and immunoglobulin G (G G) in serum, gastric contents and feces were observed on the 7th and 14th day after birth. The results showed that there were no significant changes in body weight of female mice, daily feed intake of female rats and body mass of pups on the 6th day after birth, and the body weight of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 14th day after birth, and was significantly higher than that of the control group, and compared with the control group, the body weight of the rats in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The contents of IgG in serum and gastric contents of rats in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 7th and 14th day of birth, while the contents of IgG in feces were not significantly different from those in the control group, while in the rats of the experimental group on the 7th and 14th days, the contents of Ig in the gastric contents were significantly higher than those in the control group. The content of Ig A in serum and feces was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.01). But there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group (P 0.05). The results showed that feeding lutein to pregnant rats could enhance the immune ability of newborn mice.
