【摘要】：人體胃腸道在食物消化和營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的吸收過程中具有非常重要且關(guān)鍵的作用,在對人體胃腸道功能進行研究過程中常存在倫理問題,而體外人胃腸模擬系統(tǒng)可有效解決該問題,對促進胃腸道功能的研究和食物消化行為的研究也起著非常重要的作用。該文對體外人胃腸模擬系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究局限性等進行了綜述,并對體外人胃腸模擬系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用研究進行展望,提出一些發(fā)展建議和意見,以期促進體外人胃腸模擬系統(tǒng)在食物消化行為研究方面的工作。
[Abstract]:Human gastrointestinal tract plays a very important and critical role in the process of food digestion and nutrient absorption. There are often ethical problems in the study of human gastrointestinal function, which can be effectively solved by human gastrointestinal simulation system in vitro. It also plays an important role in the study of gastrointestinal function and food digestion behavior. In this paper, the present research situation and limitations of in vitro human gastrointestinal simulation system are reviewed, and the application of in vitro human gastrointestinal simulation system is prospected, and some suggestions and suggestions for its development are put forward. In order to promote in vitro human gastrointestinal simulation system in food digestion behavior research work.
