【摘要】：目的研究和評價一種新型快速測定飲用水中硫酸鹽的全自動比濁法。方法基于氯化鋇比濁法,該方法全自動取樣、添加試劑、孵育、檢測和處理數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果該方法測定范圍分別為2~20 mg/L和20~100 mg/L,相關(guān)系數(shù)≥0.999 4,檢出限為0.10 mg/L,日內(nèi)重復(fù)測量的RSD為0.79%~3.2%,自來水加標回收率為98.4%~107%。對硫酸鹽質(zhì)控樣品的測定結(jié)果均在標準定值范圍內(nèi),相對誤差為-1.6%~1.8%。結(jié)論新型全自動比濁法具有簡便快速,高效準確等優(yōu)點,樣品和試劑用量少,節(jié)約環(huán)保,適合大批量水樣中硫酸鹽的快速測定與篩查。
