【摘要】：探討屈螺酮炔雌醇對(duì)于藥物流產(chǎn)術(shù)后患者的療效評(píng)價(jià)。檢索自1994年1月~2014年11月各大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi)相關(guān)隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(RCT),對(duì)納入文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行Meta分析。最終納入7篇RCT,共1 398例患者,其中試驗(yàn)組患者677例、對(duì)照組患者721例。對(duì)照組患者藥物流產(chǎn)后予以常規(guī)治療,試驗(yàn)組患者在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上予以屈螺酮炔雌醇口服。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:相比對(duì)照組患者,開(kāi)展屈螺酮炔雌醇的藥物流產(chǎn)術(shù)后患者,其術(shù)后的陰道出血時(shí)間顯著縮短;陰道出血量較大的人數(shù)顯著減少;月經(jīng)復(fù)潮時(shí)間顯著縮短。屈螺酮炔雌醇應(yīng)用于藥物流產(chǎn)術(shù)后患者,可顯著縮短陰道出血時(shí)間、降低陰道出血量、縮短月經(jīng)復(fù)潮時(shí)間,其療效確切,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of dipirone estradiol in postoperative patients with drug abortion. From January 1994 to November 2014, RCTT was searched in each large database, and Meta-analysis was carried out. Finally, 1 398 patients were included in 7 RCTs, including 677 patients in the trial group and 721 patients in the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy after drug abortion, and the patients in the trial group were treated with oral administration of doxoronne estradiol on the basis of the control group. The results of Meta analysis showed that: compared with the control group, the patients undergoing drug abortion with truspirone estradiol were treated by oral administration. The time of vaginal bleeding after operation was significantly shortened, the number of patients with larger vaginal bleeding decreased significantly, and the period of menstrual resuscitation was shortened significantly. The application of dipirone estradiol to patients after drug abortion can significantly shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, shorten the period of menstrual resuscitation, and its curative effect is accurate and worthy of clinical promotion.
