【摘要】：目的了解淮安市大學(xué)生傳染病防制知識現(xiàn)狀,并探索其影響因素,為制定健康教育策略和措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用橫斷面調(diào)查方法,通過多階段分層整群隨機抽樣,于2015年4月在淮安市抽取4527名在校大學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 4527名在校大學(xué)生中,傳染病防制知識合格的人數(shù)為2793人,合格率為61.7%。單因素分析顯示,城鄉(xiāng)、性別、專業(yè)、父母最高文化程度、民族不同,其傳染病防制知識的差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,相對于農(nóng)村,城市大學(xué)生的傳染病防制知識水平更高(OR=1.193);相對于男性,女性的傳染病防制知識水平更高(OR=1.210);相對于不識字或識字很少,父母最高文化程度為小學(xué)、初中、高中/職高/中專、大專/本科及以上的傳染病防制知識水平更高(OR分別為1.795、2.106、1.981和1.669);相對于少數(shù)民族,漢族學(xué)生的傳染病防制知識水平更高(OR=2.251)。結(jié)論淮安市大學(xué)生傳染病防制知識水平較低。應(yīng)加強健康教育干預(yù)和監(jiān)測研究,并制定有效的對策和措施,以提高其傳染病防制知識水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of infectious disease prevention and control among college students in Huaian City and to explore its influencing factors so as to provide basis for formulating health education strategies and measures. Methods 4527 college students in Huaian City were investigated by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling in April 2015. Results among 4527 college students, 2793 were qualified for infectious disease prevention and control, and the qualified rate was 61.7. Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the knowledge of infectious disease prevention and control between urban and rural areas, sex, specialty, parents' highest education level and nationalities. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the knowledge level of infectious disease prevention and control of urban college students was higher than that of rural students, that of females was higher than that of males, that of urban college students was higher than that of rural areas, that of urban college students was higher than that of urban college students, and that of females was higher than that of males. The highest educational level of parents was primary school, junior high school, high school / vocational school / technical secondary school, junior college / undergraduate degree and above, the OR of infectious disease prevention and control was 1.7952.1061.981 and 1.6691.The knowledge level of infectious disease prevention and control of Han nationality students was higher than that of minority nationality students. Conclusion the knowledge level of infectious disease prevention and control among college students in Huaian City is low. Health education intervention, monitoring and research should be strengthened, and effective countermeasures and measures should be formulated to improve the knowledge level of infectious disease prevention and control.
