【摘要】：本項(xiàng)目以"城市中小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況與干預(yù)策略研究"為基礎(chǔ),以北京市順義區(qū)"城市中小學(xué)生‘校園營(yíng)養(yǎng)食育’策略研究"試點(diǎn)為引領(lǐng),在我國(guó)8個(gè)省/市的8區(qū)/縣的12所中小學(xué)中開展以預(yù)防和控制兒童多種形式營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良為核心的綜合干預(yù)試點(diǎn)。針對(duì)學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)、教師、食堂工作人員以及學(xué)校管理者開展以營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康教育、身體活動(dòng)促進(jìn)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)供餐支持為主要內(nèi)容的干預(yù)活動(dòng),并創(chuàng)建校園營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持環(huán)境。項(xiàng)目第一階段干預(yù)時(shí)間為2017年度,最終以期探索有效的、可推廣的、可借鑒的、適合不同地區(qū)的、以學(xué)校為基礎(chǔ)的中小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康綜合干預(yù)模式。
[Abstract]:This project is based on the study of nutritional status and intervention strategy of primary and middle school students in the city, and the pilot project of "study on nutritional feeding strategies of urban primary and middle school students on campus" in Shunyi district of Beijing. Comprehensive intervention was carried out in 12 primary and secondary schools in 8 districts / counties of 8 provinces / cities in China, focusing on the prevention and control of multiple forms of malnutrition in children. For students, parents, teachers, canteen staff and school administrators to carry out nutrition health education, physical activity promotion, nutritional food support as the main content of the intervention activities, and create a campus nutrition support environment. In the first phase of the project, the time of intervention is 2017, with a view to exploring the comprehensive intervention model of nutrition and health of primary and middle school students, which is effective, popularized, and suitable for different regions and schools.
