0~2歲兒童父母育兒評估量表編制及方法研究

【摘要】:[目的] 0-2歲是兒童生長發(fā)育的“窗口期”,此期父母的養(yǎng)育質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到兒童期甚至成年后的發(fā)展結(jié)局。目前國內(nèi)0~2歲兒童養(yǎng)育測評工具極少,且僅從孤立的角度出發(fā)對養(yǎng)育加以測量;從國外直接引進(jìn)的育兒量表跨文化差異性較大。故本研究的目的是:①編制適合中國國情的、能全面評價0-2歲兒童養(yǎng)育質(zhì)量的評價量表;②分別采取兩種提取共同因素的方法,探索更適合于編制育兒評價量表的方法;③驗證研究假設(shè),即0-2歲兒童父母育兒評估量表(PAT)得分會影響兒童多方面的神經(jīng)心理發(fā)育及體格發(fā)育。[方法] 采用邏輯法構(gòu)建0-2歲兒童父母養(yǎng)育測量維度及PAT條目庫,通過一般性篩選和試驗性測試篩選條目,建立PAT初稿并進(jìn)行預(yù)試(n=284)。在提取因素階段分別采用2種方法編制2個量表:第一種方法采用探索性因素分析法進(jìn)行項目分析,提取共同因素,編出若干同質(zhì)量表。第二種方法即采用邏輯法,即由專家將嬰幼兒養(yǎng)育的定義操作化為若干個維度,并把相關(guān)的條目歸到對應(yīng)的養(yǎng)育維度,每個維度即形成一個因素。如果多于2/3的專家認(rèn)為某一條目不對應(yīng)于任何一個因素,則刪除該條目。然后進(jìn)行大規(guī)模正式調(diào)查(n=607),利用正式調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)用驗證性因素分析法進(jìn)行模型評估及信效度檢驗。其中校標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度檢驗選擇0~6歲兒童神經(jīng)心理發(fā)育量表作為效標(biāo),計算PAT各個因素及總量表得分與0~6歲兒童神經(jīng)心理發(fā)育量表的5個領(lǐng)域分值及年齡別體重的偏相關(guān)系數(shù)。[結(jié)果] 根據(jù)專題小組討論內(nèi)容及專家咨詢結(jié)果,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)描述及已有的嬰幼兒養(yǎng)育量表,編制了含有78個條目的PAT條目庫。通過條目篩選,形成含有50個條目的PAT初稿。通過項目分析及探索性因素分析生成特征根1的因素9個,結(jié)合碎石圖最終提取7個因素,形成PAT Ⅰ測試版。專家采用邏輯法提出0~2歲兒童養(yǎng)育測量的10個維度,并通過條目評價,形成PATⅡ測試版。通過模型評估和模型修正,確立PAT Ⅰ(共含有7個因素、34個條目)和PATⅡ(共含有8個因素、36個條目)。兩個量表模型結(jié)構(gòu)均擬合良好,內(nèi)在一致性信度、重測信度及內(nèi)容效度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度均較好。PATⅠ因素關(guān)注、父母陪伴、養(yǎng)育關(guān)系與兒童神經(jīng)心理發(fā)育呈正相關(guān),因素健康/安全與兒童的年齡別體重呈正相關(guān),效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度欠滿意;且有些條目在意義上似乎和所歸屬的因素沒有任何相關(guān)性。PATⅡ因素育兒觀念、關(guān)注、親子關(guān)系、語言刺激、外出活動與兒童神經(jīng)心理發(fā)育呈正相關(guān),因素喂養(yǎng)、安全與兒童的年齡別體重呈正相關(guān),效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度較滿意。[結(jié)論] 獲得了較為滿意的0~2歲兒童父母育兒評估量表即PATⅡ,該量表可以作為評價中國0~2歲兒童父母養(yǎng)育質(zhì)量的有用工具。與采用探索性因素分析法相比,采用邏輯法編制育兒評估量表可能更容易建立若干同質(zhì)量表,更利于提高育兒評估量表的效標(biāo)效度。
[Abstract]:[purpose] 0-2 years old is the "window period" of children's growth and development. The quality of parental rearing in this period is directly related to the development outcome of childhood and even adulthood. At present, there are very few parental measurement tools for 2-year-old children in China, and they are only measured from an isolated point of view, and the child-rearing scale imported directly from abroad has a great cross-cultural difference. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a scale for evaluating the upbringing quality of children aged 0-2 years old in China by using two methods to extract common factors, and to explore a more suitable method for compiling a child-rearing evaluation scale. (3) to verify the hypothesis that the score of Parental Parental Assessment scale (Parental Assessment scale) of 0-2 years old children will affect the neuropsychological development and physical development of children in many aspects. [methods] The dimension of parental rearing measurement and the PAT item database of 0-2 years old children were constructed by logical method. Through general screening and experimental test, the first draft of PAT was established and the pre-test was carried out. In the stage of extracting factors, two scales were compiled by two methods: the first method was to analyze items by exploratory factor analysis, extract common factors, and make out some homogeneity scales. The second method is logic method, that is, the definition and operation of infant and child rearing is transformed into several dimensions by experts, and the related items are classified to the corresponding nurturing dimension, each dimension forms a factor. If more than two-thirds of experts believe that an entry does not correspond to any one factor, delete that entry. Then a large-scale formal investigation was carried out, and the model evaluation and reliability validity test were carried out using the formal survey data by confirmatory factor analysis. According to the correlation validity test of school standard, the neuropsychological development scale for children aged 0 ~ 6 years was selected as the effective standard, and the scores of each factor and total scale of PAT were calculated, and the partial correlation coefficient of age and weight was calculated between the scores of 5 domains and the age and weight of 0 ~ 6 years old children's neuropsychological development scale. [results] According to the contents of the panel discussion and the results of the expert consultation, combined with the domestic and foreign literature description and the existing infant and child rearing scale, the PAT item database containing 78 items was compiled. Through item screening, a first draft of PAT containing 50 entries is formed. Through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, 9 factors were generated to form characteristic root 1, and 7 factors were extracted from lithotripsy to form PAT I test version.
