【摘要】:為建立同時(shí)測(cè)定工作場(chǎng)所空氣中草酸、氟化氫、鹽酸及硫酸的抑制型離子色譜法,以Na2CO3/Na HCO3溶液為淋洗液,AS14陰離子交換柱分離,抑制型電導(dǎo)檢測(cè)器測(cè)定工作場(chǎng)所空氣中草酸、氟化氫、鹽酸及硫酸濃度。結(jié)果顯示,草酸在0~10 mg/L范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,回歸方程y=0.000 3x+0.081 2(r=0.999 6),最低檢出濃度為0.06 mg/m3,精密度為1.1%~4.6%,加標(biāo)回收率為98%。氟化氫、鹽酸及硫酸的相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)均≥0.999 0,RSD≤6.2%,加標(biāo)回收率為96%~98%。提示該方法適用于工作場(chǎng)所空氣中草酸、氟化氫、鹽酸及硫酸的同時(shí)測(cè)定。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a method for simultaneous determination of oxalic acid, hydrogen fluoride, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid in workplace air, anion exchange column was used to separate oxalic acid in workplace air with Na2CO3/Na HCO3 solution as eluant, and oxalic acid in workplace air was determined by inhibition conductance detector. Concentration of hydrogen fluoride, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. The results showed that oxalic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 0 ~ 10 mg/L.
