【摘要】：目的:為了研究塵肺病患者肺氣腫和肺大泡的并發(fā)率。方法:使用CT檢查法和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,對938例塵肺病患者螺旋CT片肺氣腫和肺大泡的患者進(jìn)行檢查。結(jié)果:塵肺病在壹、貳和叁期合并肺氣腫的并發(fā)率分別是6.46%、9.38%和42.50%,不同的塵肺病期別,肺氣腫的并發(fā)率是不同的,通過比較差異,有著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.01)。塵肺病患者肺大泡的并發(fā)率分別是4.65%、6.77%和21.25%。不同的時(shí)期,肺大泡的并發(fā)率也有著一定的差別,差異也有著一定的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.01)。結(jié)論:塵肺病患者肺氣腫及肺大泡并發(fā)率與期別間有著緊密的關(guān)系,會(huì)隨著塵肺病期別的增加而顯著的增加。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the incidence of emphysema and alveoli in patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods: 938 patients with pneumoconiosis were examined by CT and statistics. Results: the incidence of pneumoconiosis combined with emphysema was 6.46% and 42.50% respectively in the first, second and third stages. The incidence of emphysema was different in different stages of pneumoconiosis, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The complication rate of pneumoconiosis was 4.65% 6.77% and 21.25% respectively. At different stages, the incidence of pulmonary alveoli was different, and the difference was statistically significant (p 0.01). Conclusion: the incidence of emphysema and alveolus in patients with pneumoconiosis is closely related to the stage of pneumoconiosis, and will increase significantly with the increase of pneumoconiosis stage.
