【摘要】：[目的]了解上海市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)放射防護(hù)管理組織和制度的建立及運(yùn)行狀況,以便發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,提出有效的干預(yù)措施。[方法]選取上海市二、三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)40家,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)查表,對(duì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)放射防護(hù)管理組織和制度的建立及運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查。[結(jié)果]40家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)均設(shè)立了放射防護(hù)管理組織,65.0%(26家)放射防護(hù)管理組織和人員職責(zé)分工明確,82.5%(33家)對(duì)本機(jī)構(gòu)放射工作部門(mén)定期檢查,僅25.0%(10家)定期組織放射事件應(yīng)急演練。40家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)均制訂了放射防護(hù)管理制度,80.0%(32家)放射防護(hù)管理制度符合國(guó)家法律法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),僅22.5%(9家)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)制訂程序做出了書(shū)面規(guī)定,75.0%(30家)放射防護(hù)管理制度有相應(yīng)的落實(shí)措施。40家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)均制訂了質(zhì)量保證方案,75.0%(30家)質(zhì)量保證方案包含了質(zhì)量管理的全過(guò)程,80.0%(32家)具有可操作性并符合機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)際,95.0%(38家)有實(shí)施記錄且真實(shí)可信。[結(jié)論]上海市二、三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)放射防護(hù)管理組織和制度設(shè)置尚需完善,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展管理體系研究,引導(dǎo)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步提高放射診療安全防護(hù)和質(zhì)量管理水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the establishment and operation of radiation protection management system in medical institutions in Shanghai in order to find out the problems and put forward effective intervention measures. [methods] A field investigation was carried out on the establishment and operation of radiation protection management organization and system in 40 medical institutions in Shanghai. [results] in all the 40 medical institutions, 65.0 and 26 radiation protection management organizations were set up.) the division of duties and responsibilities of radiation protection management organizations and personnel was clear. The radiation protection management system is in accordance with the national laws, regulations and standards, and the radiation protection management system is in conformity with the national laws, regulations and standards, and the radiation protection management system is in accordance with the national laws, regulations, and standards, all of the 40 medical institutions have formulated the radiation protection management system.
