紙幣表面細(xì)菌的粘附力學(xué)建模研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)生產(chǎn)、生活和建設(shè)的不斷改善和人類物質(zhì)、精神文明的不斷提高,產(chǎn)生了一系列的環(huán)境問題,其中以細(xì)菌、病毒等微生物對(duì)人類的健康威脅越來越大。醫(yī)學(xué)研究證明紙幣不僅是許多疾病傳播的載體,也是引起許多疾病的罪魁禍?zhǔn)。而?人們的健康意識(shí)也在不斷加強(qiáng),對(duì)周圍環(huán)境的健康性、安全性要求也越來越高。 紙幣作為人民日常生活中的必需品,紙幣消毒成為人們關(guān)注的對(duì)象。要想解決紙幣消毒的問題,對(duì)細(xì)菌粘附、清除和預(yù)防方面的研究就顯得十分重要。要解決細(xì)菌的粘附問題,首先要清楚細(xì)菌在紙幣表面的粘附機(jī)理,細(xì)菌的粘附機(jī)理是解決細(xì)菌粘附問題的理論和基礎(chǔ)。 論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)論如下: (1)通過檢索國(guó)內(nèi)外細(xì)菌粘附力學(xué)大量文獻(xiàn),對(duì)這些研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和相關(guān)分析,以此為基礎(chǔ),提出了細(xì)菌粘附研究的發(fā)展方向和需要做的工作。 (2)全面總結(jié)和分析了細(xì)菌在紙幣表面的分布情況,紙幣表面的細(xì)菌量隨著季節(jié)變化明顯,同時(shí)與紙幣面值的大小也有關(guān)系。通過電鏡觀察,紙幣表面粗糙度與細(xì)菌粘附量呈正相關(guān)。細(xì)菌在紙幣表面粘附受多種因素影響,包括:細(xì)菌本身、外界環(huán)境、紙幣表面的情況等,所以在研究粘附力時(shí)候要綜合考慮多種因素的影響。 (3)較全面的總結(jié)和分析了目前細(xì)菌粘附表面的力學(xué)機(jī)理研究成果。在細(xì)菌的粘附過程中,分為特異性粘附和非特異性粘附,其中范德華力是普遍存在的粘附力,其他力都是在一定條件情況下存在的。在粘附過程中還存在靜電力、毛細(xì)作用力、細(xì)菌特殊結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的作用力、氫鍵力、化學(xué)鍵力;細(xì)菌的細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)、紙幣表面的情況和外界環(huán)境因素都能影響到細(xì)菌的粘附。 (4)利用MATLAB可視化軟件對(duì)幾種典型的粘附力進(jìn)行可視化模擬,加深了對(duì)模型的認(rèn)識(shí)和分析。直觀顯示了各個(gè)參數(shù)、變量的變化情況,以及對(duì)粘附的影響。在細(xì)菌與紙幣的粘附過程中,當(dāng)細(xì)菌與紙幣的距離減小到2×10-7m時(shí),范德華力作用急劇增大,當(dāng)接觸的突起部分半徑r2×10-9m時(shí),粗糙度增加,范德華力增大的速度變大。并且,在nm量級(jí),靜電力要比范德華力大2個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)到3個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)。毛細(xì)作用力比靜電力也大2個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)左右。 (5)研究構(gòu)造了細(xì)菌的實(shí)體模型。運(yùn)用ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行模擬,加載載荷進(jìn)行力學(xué)分析,研究分析作用力在細(xì)菌細(xì)胞的分布情況和變化。這是一種探索性研究,結(jié)論的有效與適用性尚不可知,但作為一種嘗試是有一定的價(jià)值作用的,為更深層次和廣泛研究提供一定借鑒。 (6)運(yùn)用ANSYS軟件對(duì)細(xì)菌的模擬進(jìn)行了模擬和分析,細(xì)胞模型內(nèi)的應(yīng)力分布及傳遞規(guī)律是:隨著位移的施加,應(yīng)力沿細(xì)胞中心軸傳播并同時(shí)向其周圍傳播,但從向周圍傳播的速度比較慢。由于外在載荷的存在和細(xì)胞質(zhì)的流動(dòng),對(duì)細(xì)胞壁產(chǎn)生內(nèi)壓,由此而發(fā)生一些應(yīng)力分布的變化。而且隨著載荷的施加,垂直于載荷加載方向的應(yīng)力分布情況要比載荷加載方向的應(yīng)力分布變化要明顯。 (7)通過對(duì)前面的研究,能夠?qū)?xì)菌在紙幣表面的粘附及力學(xué)情況有全面的了解,使人們?cè)谑褂眉垘诺臅r(shí)候能夠注意到健康、安全的使用方式,同時(shí)對(duì)于紙幣的殺菌消毒有重要的意義,也為紙質(zhì)類物品(圖書、包裝袋等)的殺菌問題提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of social production, life and construction, and the continuous improvement of human material and spiritual civilization, a series of environmental problems have been created, among which bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms are becoming more and more dangerous to human health. Medical research has proved that paper currency is not only the carrier of many diseases, but also the culprit of many diseases. Moreover, people's health consciousness is also constantly strengthening, and the requirements for the health and safety of the surrounding environment are also getting higher and higher.
Paper money as a necessity in people's daily life, paper money disinfection has become the object of attention. In order to solve the problem of paper currency disinfection, it is very important to study the adhesion, clearance and prevention of bacteria. To solve the problem of bacterial adhesion, the adhesion mechanism of bacteria on the surface of paper money should be clear, and the adhesion mechanism of bacteria is the solution. The theory and foundation of the problem of bacterial adhesion.
The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:
(1) through the retrieval of a large number of domestic and foreign bacterial adhesion mechanics literature, the research results are summarized and related analysis, based on which, the development direction of bacterial adhesion research and the work to be done are put forward.
(2) the distribution of bacteria on the surface of paper money was comprehensively summarized and analyzed. The bacterial quantity on the surface of the paper currency was obvious with the seasonal variation, and it was also related to the size of the paper currency. The surface roughness of the paper currency was positively correlated with the bacterial adhesion. The adhesion of bacteria on the surface of paper money was influenced by many factors, including the bacteria itself, The external environment, the surface of paper money, etc., so in the study of adhesion force, we should take into account the impact of a variety of factors.
(3) a comprehensive summary and analysis of the mechanical mechanism of the bacterial adhesion surface is summarized and analyzed. In the process of bacterial adhesion, it is divided into specific adhesion and non specific adhesion, in which van Edward force is a common adhesion force and other forces are stored under certain conditions.
