【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查長(zhǎng)沙市學(xué)齡期兒童意外傷害知識(shí)與危險(xiǎn)行為及其相關(guān)性,為制定兒童意外傷害的預(yù)防措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:采用橫斷面調(diào)查方法,通過(guò)分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣2所長(zhǎng)沙市小學(xué)866名6~12歲小學(xué)生進(jìn)行意外傷害知識(shí)及近6個(gè)月內(nèi)危險(xiǎn)行為發(fā)生現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查。結(jié)果:學(xué)齡期兒童的意外傷害知識(shí)的得分為11.83±2.38,兒童意外傷害知識(shí)水平在兒童年齡、父母受教育程度及自出生至今中等程度意外傷害史方面的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兒童的年齡、母親的受教育程度、自出生至今兒童中等程度意外傷害史對(duì)兒童意外傷害知識(shí)影響顯著。意外傷害危險(xiǎn)行為的得分為17.61±10.35,兒童意外傷害危險(xiǎn)行為在兒童性別、出生時(shí)父親年齡、父母婚姻狀態(tài)、和誰(shuí)居住、中等程度意外傷害史及接受醫(yī)療診治史方面的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。自出生至今兒童中等程度意外傷害史、父母的婚姻狀況、兒童性別對(duì)兒童意外傷害危險(xiǎn)行為影響顯著。兒童的意外傷害知識(shí)水平與危險(xiǎn)行為之間未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:學(xué)齡期兒童對(duì)意外傷害相關(guān)知識(shí)認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,且危險(xiǎn)行為也較為普遍。研究指出了兒童意外傷害知識(shí)及危險(xiǎn)行為相關(guān)影響因素,對(duì)控制與干預(yù)兒童意外傷害有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the knowledge and risk behaviors of accidental injury among school-age children in Changsha and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of accidental injury in children. Methods: a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 866 primary school students aged 6 to 12 years old in 2 primary schools in Changsha by stratified cluster random sampling. The knowledge of accidental injury and the occurrence of risk behavior in the past 6 months were investigated. Results: the score of accidental injury knowledge of school-age children was 11.83 鹵2.38. There were significant differences in children's age, parents' education level and the history of accidental injury from birth to middle degree (P 0.05). The age of children, the education level of mothers, and the history of moderate accidental injuries had significant effects on children's knowledge of accidental injuries. The score of accidental injury risk behavior was 17.61 鹵10.35. The risk behavior of accidental injury in children was based on the gender of the child, the age of the father at birth, the marital status of the parents, and who lived there. There were significant differences in the history of moderate accidental injury and the history of medical treatment (P 0.05). The history of moderate accidental injury, the marital status of parents and the gender of children had significant influence on the risk behaviors of children's accidental injury. There was no significant correlation between knowledge level of accidental injury and risk behavior in children (P 0.05). Conclusion: school-age children do not know enough about accidental injury, and risk behavior is more common. The study points out that children's knowledge of accidental injury and related factors of risk behavior have a certain guiding effect on the control and intervention of children's accidental injury.
