【摘要】：關(guān)于營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求與收入之間的關(guān)系一直存在爭(zhēng)議。本文利用2009年廣東省城鎮(zhèn)住戶數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)廣義矩估計(jì)方法估計(jì)了城鎮(zhèn)居民家庭能量和主要營(yíng)養(yǎng)素需求的收入彈性,結(jié)果表明總體樣本家庭的能量、蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪和碳水化合物需求的收入彈性分別為0.273、0.298、0.238和0.291,收入增長(zhǎng)對(duì)居民營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求有顯著正向影響。進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用門檻模型估計(jì)表明,營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求與收入間呈非線性關(guān)系,能量和主要營(yíng)養(yǎng)素需求與收入間的關(guān)系均在家庭人均收入為13970.11元處出現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)性突變,當(dāng)家庭人均收入低于門檻值時(shí),能量、蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪和碳水化合物需求的收入彈性分別為0.7、0.71、0.712和0.684,而當(dāng)跨過(guò)門檻值時(shí),能量和碳水化合物需求的收入彈性轉(zhuǎn)化為0.201和0.22,蛋白質(zhì)和脂肪需求的收入彈性變?yōu)樨?fù)值,但不顯著。營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求與收入間呈非線性關(guān)系意味著以消除營(yíng)養(yǎng)不足為目標(biāo)的收入調(diào)節(jié)政策的選擇應(yīng)該考慮不同人群的收入水平。
[Abstract]:The relationship between nutritional needs and income has been controversial. Based on the data of urban households in Guangdong Province in 2009, this paper estimates the income elasticity of energy and main nutrient demand of urban households by using the method of generalized moment estimation. The results show that the energy and protein of the total sample households are estimated. The income elasticity of fat and carbohydrate demand were 0.273 and 0.2980.238 and 0.291 respectively. Furthermore, the threshold model was used to estimate that there was a nonlinear relationship between nutrition demand and income, and that the relationship between energy and main nutrient demand and income had a structural mutation when the average household income was 13970.11 yuan. When household per capita income was below the threshold, the income elasticity of energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate requirements was 0.70.71 and 0.684, respectively, and when the threshold was crossed, The income elasticity of energy and carbohydrate demand was converted to 0.201 and 0.22, while the income elasticity of protein and fat demand became negative, but not significant. The nonlinear relationship between nutritional demand and income means that the choice of income regulation policies aimed at eliminating malnutrition should take into account the income level of different population groups.
