【摘要】：目的分析承德市2005-2016年人患布魯桿菌病的流行狀況,為當(dāng)?shù)亻_展科學(xué)防控提供理論依據(jù)。方法匯總2005-2016年承德市監(jiān)測的5361例人患布魯桿菌病患者的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查結(jié)果,對承德市布魯桿菌病疫情進行系統(tǒng)的回顧性比對分析。結(jié)果承德市布魯桿菌病疫情總體趨于加重,二三季度為高發(fā)季節(jié),占總發(fā)病數(shù)的64.17%;患者人群主要集中在31-60歲的勞動人群,占總發(fā)病數(shù)的76.40%;職業(yè)分布以農(nóng)牧人員為主,農(nóng)民、飼養(yǎng)員和放牧人員占比高達93.04%;區(qū)域分布以豐寧、圍場和隆化為主,占總發(fā)病數(shù)的90.95%。結(jié)論承德市人患布魯桿菌病疫情比較嚴(yán)重,區(qū)域分布明顯,今后應(yīng)加強綜合防控力度,防止疫情加重。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence of brucellosis in Chengde city from 2005 to 2016, and to provide theoretical basis for carrying out scientific prevention and control. Methods the epidemiological investigation results of 5361 patients with brucellosis were collected from 2005 to 2016 in Chengde city, and the epidemic situation of brucellosis in Chengde city was analyzed retrospectively. Results the epidemic situation of brucellosis in Chengde City tended to increase, with a high incidence in the second and third quarters, accounting for 64.17% of the total incidence. The patients were mainly concentrated in the working population aged 31-60, accounting for 76.40% of the total incidence. The proportion of breeders and herders was 93.04, and the regional distribution was mainly Fengning, paddock and uplift, accounting for 90.9555% of the total incidence. Conclusion the epidemic situation of brucellosis in Chengde City is serious and the regional distribution is obvious. The comprehensive prevention and control should be strengthened in the future to prevent the outbreak from worsening.
