【摘要】：目的:探討社區(qū)老年人自我感知老化水平及其影響因素,為制定老年人的心理健康干預(yù)策略提供參考依據(jù)。方法:按分層整群抽樣方法,采用老化感知問(wèn)卷(APQ)、健康促進(jìn)生活方式量表(HPLP-C)等量表對(duì)邯鄲市1371名老年人進(jìn)行自我感知老化水平和影響因素調(diào)查。結(jié)果:邯鄲市老年人自我感知老化的積極控制分量表得分最高,情感表征分量表得分最低。多元線性逐步回歸分析顯示,使用助行器、健康自評(píng)、健康行為是影響邯鄲市老年人自我感知老化8個(gè)分量表的重要因素;長(zhǎng)期用藥、獨(dú)居、高齡、女性、月收入、無(wú)配偶是影響個(gè)別分量表的主要因素。結(jié)論:邯鄲市老年人的自我感知老化較消極,影響因素較多,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注老年人的健康狀況、健康自評(píng)及健康行為,采取綜合措施為老年人創(chuàng)造積極的自我感知老化環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the level of self-perceived aging and its influencing factors in community elderly, and to provide reference for formulating mental health intervention strategies for the elderly. Methods: according to stratified cluster sampling, 1371 elderly people in Handan were investigated with APQL and HPLP-Cscale. Results: the positive control subscale of self-perceived aging in Handan City had the highest score and the lowest score in emotional representation scale. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the use of walking aids, health self-assessment and health behavior were the important factors affecting the 8 sub-scales of self-perceived aging of the elderly in Handan city, long-term medication, living alone, old age, female, monthly income, Spousal absence is the main factor affecting individual component tables. Conclusion: the self-perceived aging of the elderly in Handan is more negative and the influencing factors are many. The health status, health self-assessment and healthy behavior of the elderly should be paid more attention to, and comprehensive measures should be taken to create a positive self-perceived aging environment for the elderly.
