【摘要】：目的分析四川省農(nóng)村地區(qū)婦女進(jìn)行產(chǎn)前檢查的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素,從而了解該地區(qū)孕產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)前保健的情況,探討相應(yīng)的對策和措施,為四川省農(nóng)村地區(qū)更好地進(jìn)行孕產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)前保健管理提供建議和參考。方法利用第五次全國衛(wèi)生服務(wù)調(diào)查四川省農(nóng)村地區(qū)2008年8月15日以來有分娩婦女的資料,描述總體產(chǎn)前檢查現(xiàn)狀,并用χ2檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行單因素分析。采用Logistic回歸,分析產(chǎn)前檢查率的影響因素。結(jié)果四川省農(nóng)村地區(qū)產(chǎn)前檢查率72.4%,其中民族地區(qū)54.3%,非民族地區(qū)97.5%。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示地區(qū)(OR=5.417,CI=1.346~21.796,P=0.017)、民族(OR=7.608,CI=2.494~23.204,P0.001)、年齡(15~25歲組OR=4.357,CI=1.075~17.668,P=0.039;25~35歲組OR=4.662,CI=1.186~18.333,P=0.028)和從家到最近醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的時(shí)間(30~60 min組OR=-1.037,CI=0.201~0.625,P0.001;≥60min組OR=0.276,CI=0.108~0.707,P=0.007)是婦女是否進(jìn)行產(chǎn)前檢查的影響因素。結(jié)論地區(qū)、民族是影響孕產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)前檢查率重要因素,四川省少數(shù)民族地區(qū)產(chǎn)前檢查率偏低,產(chǎn)前檢查狀況不理想。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對少數(shù)民族人群的孕產(chǎn)婦保健管理,以提高孕產(chǎn)婦自我保健的意識和衛(wèi)生服務(wù)可及性,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)該地區(qū)教育和經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the status and influencing factors of antenatal examination for women in rural areas of Sichuan Province, so as to understand the status of antenatal health care in the area and discuss the corresponding countermeasures and measures to provide suggestions and reference for better maternal and obstetric health care management in rural areas of Sichuan province. The Fifth National Health service survey was used. The data of childbirth women in rural areas of Sichuan province since August 15, 2008, describe the status of the overall antenatal examination, and use the x 2 test to analyze the single factor analysis. The impact factors of prenatal examination were analyzed by Logistic regression. The results showed that the rate of antenatal examination in rural areas of Sichuan Province was 72.4%, 54.3% in the middle ethnic region and 97.5%. in non ethnic areas. The results show the area (OR=5.417, CI=1.346~21.796, P=0.017), people (OR=7.608, CI=2.494~23.204, P0.001), age (15~25 years old OR=4.357, CI=1.075~17.668, P=0.039; 25~35 age group OR=4.662, OR=7.608) and the time from home to the nearest medical institution. .108~0.707, P=0.007) is an influential factor on whether women carry out prenatal examination. It is concluded that the nationality is an important factor affecting the antenatal examination rate of pregnant women. The rate of antenatal examination in Sichuan minority areas is low and the prenatal examination is not ideal. The health management of pregnant and parturient women should be strengthened so as to improve the self-health of pregnant and parturient women. Awareness and accessibility of health services, while strengthening education and economic development in the region.
