【摘要】：目的調(diào)查遼寧省克山病病情,為科學(xué)制定克山病防治策略提供依據(jù)。方法按全國克山病監(jiān)測方案要求,遼寧省2015年選取2個病區(qū)縣開展克山病病例搜索,根據(jù)病例搜索結(jié)果選取病例集中的4個病區(qū)村作為監(jiān)測點(diǎn)開展病情調(diào)查。對監(jiān)測點(diǎn)全部常住人口進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、臨床查體、心電圖檢查,疑似克山病病例拍攝后前位2 m胸部正位X線片和心臟超聲檢查,依據(jù)《克山病診斷》(WS/T210-2011)對疑似克山病病例進(jìn)行診斷。結(jié)果共調(diào)查1 798人,檢出潛在型克山病5人,檢出率為27.8/萬,未檢出急型、亞急型和慢型克山病病例。檢出心電圖異常282人,心電異常率為15.7%。拍攝X線胸片5例,其中輕度增大2例。結(jié)論遼寧省克山病病情處于較低水平,但病情監(jiān)測工作仍不能松懈。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the condition of Keshan disease in Liaoning province, and to provide scientific basis for the strategy of Keshan disease prevention. Methods according to the requirement of national Keshan disease surveillance program, two counties of Liaoning province were selected to carry out case search in 2015. According to the result of case search, 4 villages with concentrated cases were selected as monitoring points to carry out disease investigation. Questionnaire survey, clinical examination, electrocardiogram examination, 2 m chest X ray examination and echocardiography of suspected Keshan disease patients were carried out. According to the diagnosis of Keshan disease, the suspected cases of Keshan disease were diagnosed. Results A total of 1798 patients were investigated and 5 cases of latent Keshan disease were detected, the detection rate was 27.8 / 10 000. No acute type, subacute type and slow type of Keshan disease were detected. The abnormal ECG was detected in 282 patients, and the abnormal rate of ECG was 15.7. Chest radiographs were taken in 5 cases, of which 2 cases were slightly enlarged. Conclusion the condition of Keshan disease in Liaoning Province is at a low level, but the monitoring work can not be relaxed.
