酸性氧化電位水的制備過程研究

【摘要】:目的研究工藝條件對(duì)制備酸性氧化電位水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)的影響,優(yōu)化制備過程。方法以不銹鋼作為陰極,通過比較鉑電極、釕電極、釕銥電極和釕銥鈀電極,優(yōu)選出釕電極作為酸性氧化電位水制備的陽極。采用理化試驗(yàn)的方法考察氯化鈉濃度、電解電壓、電極間距、電解時(shí)間、電解溫度等條件對(duì)生成酸性氧化電位水水質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果在電解液氯化鈉濃度2.0 g/L、電解電壓5 V、電解時(shí)間3 min、電解溫度20℃、極間距為2 mm的優(yōu)化條件下,制備得到了有效氯含量78.54 mg/L,ORP值為1 553 m V,p H 2.88的酸性氧化電位水。結(jié)論試驗(yàn)得到了酸性氧化電位水制備條件,釕電極適合用于酸性氧化電位水生成器。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of process conditions on the preparation of acid oxidation potential water quality index and optimize the preparation process. Methods stainless steel was used as cathode. By comparing platinum electrode, ruthenium iridium electrode and ruthenium iridium palladium electrode, ruthenium electrode was selected as anode for preparation of acid oxidation potential water. The effects of concentration of sodium chloride, electrolytic voltage, electrode spacing, electrolysis time and electrolytic temperature on the water quality of acid oxidation potential water were investigated by physicochemical test.
