    前言：利用SWOT分析法的科學(xué)原理指導(dǎo)醫(yī)院管理理論與實(shí)踐,正確、客觀地認(rèn)識(shí)醫(yī)院內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)及劣勢(shì)和外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)及威脅,確定切合醫(yī)院實(shí)際的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。期望該管理理論對(duì)醫(yī)院管理有一定幫助。
    Applying the scientific principles of SWOT analytic method, the article describes the theory and practice on hospital management, and the correct and objective understanding of interior strong points and weak points as well as opportunities and threats of exterior environment, how to decide development strategies which are suitable to the actual situation of the hospital. It is expected that the management theory will be somehow helpful to hospital management.
