YZ醫(yī)院管理類員工職業(yè)生涯管理研究
摘要
職業(yè)生涯管理是現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的重要組成內(nèi)容。對于組織來說,良好的
職業(yè)生涯管理體系還可以充分發(fā)揮員工的潛能,給優(yōu)秀員工一個(gè)明確而具體的職
業(yè)發(fā)展引導(dǎo),從人力資本增值的角度達(dá)成組織價(jià)值最大化。
YZ醫(yī)院是一所三級甲等中醫(yī)醫(yī)院,中醫(yī)診療水平居于全省之首,有著良好的
發(fā)展前景與機(jī)遇。為了不斷提高醫(yī)院的管理水平,對人力資源的管理水平提出了
新的要求。目前,該院作為人力資源管理重要組成部分的職業(yè)生涯管理發(fā)展水平
不均衡,尤其是管理類員工的職業(yè)生涯管理存在許多問題。
本文以YZ醫(yī)院專職從事管理工作的員工為研究對象,對YZ醫(yī)院目前管理類
員工的職業(yè)生涯管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述。首先是對YZ醫(yī)院管理類員工的人員現(xiàn)狀、
管理類員工職業(yè)生涯管理取得的成績和存在的問題進(jìn)行說明,并對目前管理類員
工的職業(yè)生涯管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析,查找到其中存在傳統(tǒng)管理模式不合理、
職業(yè)生涯管理水平不均衡以及管理類員工職業(yè)發(fā)展通道狹窄等問題。針對YZ醫(yī)院
的實(shí)際,從對新老管理類員工進(jìn)行分析定位,通過拓展管理類員工發(fā)展平臺、暢
通橫向職業(yè)、嘗試多重發(fā)展通道以及創(chuàng)立組織流動(dòng)的管理機(jī)制燈多種形式來合理
設(shè)置職業(yè)發(fā)展通道,以及從組織角度對管理類員工進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯不同周期的科學(xué)
管理等三個(gè)方面提出了相關(guān)的建議和對策。另外,還指出了要從制度、文化和溝
通機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行保障以確保管理類員工職業(yè)生涯管理落到實(shí)處。

Career management is an important part of modern human resource management.
In the human resources organization has become the core competitiveness of the
moment, how scientific planning and management of human resources within the

career development guidance to achieve organizational value from the perspective of

YZ Hospital is a tertiary hospital of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine diagnosis
and treatment of living first in the province, has good development prospects and
opportunities. In order to continuously improve the management of the hospital,the
level of human resources management put forward new demands. Currently, the
hospital as a human resource management career management is an important part of
the development is not balanced, there are many problems in particular management
class career management staff.
Based on YZ full-time work in the management of hospital staff as the research
object, the YZ hospital at present, the state of management staff career management are
expounded. Is first and foremost to YZ hospital management staff present situation of
the personnel, management staff career management achievements and existing
problems, and the current management of employee career management present
situation has carried on the thorough analysis,to find there is traditional management
mode is not reasonable, career management level is not balanced and management class
staff career development channel narrow, etc. In view of the actual YZ hospital,from
the analysis of the new and old management class staff orientation, by expanding
management class staff development platform, lateral career unimpeded, try to
development of multiple channels,and create organization flow management
mechanism lights in various forms to set reasonable career development channels, and
from the perspective of organization, management and staff career different cycle of
