    前言：公立醫(yī)院的行為直接影響到整個(gè)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行績效。加強(qiáng)對公立醫(yī)院行為的規(guī)范,促進(jìn)政府辦醫(yī)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)是我國當(dāng)前推行公立醫(yī)院管理體制改革的關(guān)鍵。山東省濰坊市衛(wèi)生部門針對本市的實(shí)際情況對公立醫(yī)院的外部管理體制和內(nèi)部運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行了一系列開創(chuàng)性的探索和嘗試,其實(shí)踐為推進(jìn)我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革,幫助政府尋求適合我國國情的公立醫(yī)院管理模式提供了有益的借鑒。
