通過對第三代紅霉素進行結(jié)構(gòu)修飾,找到新型抗耐藥菌的大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗生素有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。綜述了第三代紅霉素—酮內(nèi)酯結(jié)構(gòu)修飾的研究進展及酮內(nèi)酯藥物結(jié)構(gòu)與抗耐藥菌活性間的關(guān)系。
