【摘要】：目的:探索藥師開展患者吸入劑使用指導(dǎo)的方法,分析三級綜合醫(yī)院和縣級二級醫(yī)院藥師指導(dǎo)患者使用吸入劑裝置的效果。方法:收集北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院呼吸科門診首次使用吸入劑的患者122例和北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院—密云醫(yī)院正在使用且既往用過吸入劑的患者39例,由藥師開展患者吸入劑使用指導(dǎo)并對指導(dǎo)效果進(jìn)行評估。結(jié)果:北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院呼吸科門診患者藥師指導(dǎo)1次后吸入劑使用評分平均為(9.21±0.96)分;北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院—密云醫(yī)院呼吸科門診患者藥師指導(dǎo)前吸入劑使用評分為(6.92±1.42)分,指導(dǎo)后評分(9.82±0.51)分,指導(dǎo)前后評分有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.001)。年齡和文化程度顯著影響患者吸入劑使用的技術(shù),患者容易出現(xiàn)的錯誤集中在裝置上藥、吸入藥物前的呼吸調(diào)整以及吸入藥品的環(huán)節(jié)。結(jié)論:藥師開展患者吸入劑使用指導(dǎo)十分必要,經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)的縣級醫(yī)院藥師可以很好地開展吸入劑指導(dǎo)工作。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the method of pharmacists to guide the use of inhalants in patients, and to analyze the effect of pharmacists guiding patients to use inhalant devices in tertiary general hospitals and county-level hospitals. Methods: 122 patients who used inhalants for the first time in the respiratory clinic of Peking University first Hospital and 39 patients who had used inhalants in Miyun Hospital, the first Hospital of Peking University, were collected. The guidance for the use of inhalants was carried out by pharmacists and the effect of the guidance was evaluated. Results: the average score of inhalant use was (9.21 鹵0.96) in the respiratory department of the first Hospital of Peking University, and (6.92 鹵1.42) in the respiratory department of the first Hospital of Peking University, and (9.82 鹵0.51) in the respiratory department of the first Hospital of Peking University. There was significant difference in the score before and after the guidance (P0.001), and the score of inhalant was (9.82 鹵0.51) in the respiratory department of the first Hospital of Peking University, and the score of inhalant was (9.21 鹵0.96) in the respiratory department of the first Hospital of Peking University. Age and educational level significantly affect the technology of inhaling agents in patients. The errors that patients tend to make are concentrated on the device, respiratory adjustment before inhaling drugs, and the link of inhaling drugs. Conclusion: it is necessary for pharmacists to carry out the guidance of inhalant use, and the trained pharmacists in county-level hospitals can carry out the guidance of inhalant very well.
