氣相色譜法同時測定拉西地平原料藥中4種有機溶劑的殘留量

【摘要】:目的:建立同時測定拉西地平原料藥中乙醇、二氯甲烷、異丙醇、乙酸乙酯4種有機溶劑殘留量的方法。方法:采用氣相色譜法。色譜柱為DB-624毛細管柱,程序升溫,檢測器為氫火焰離子化檢測器,檢測器溫度為250℃,載氣為氮氣,流速為2.0mL/min,分流比為10∶1,進樣量為1.0μL。結(jié)果:乙醇、二氯甲烷、異丙醇、乙酸乙酯檢測質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍分別為0.259 5~2.076 mg/mL(r=0.999 6)、0.055 3~0.316 mg/mL(r=0.999 2)、0.342 3~1.956 mg/mL(r=0.999 5)、0.370 6~2.118 mg/mL(r=0.999 4);定量限分別為2.96、2.24、4.4、4.44μg/mL,檢測限分別為0.887、0.672、1.3、1.32μg/mL;精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復性試驗的RSD4.0%;加樣回收率分別為95.00%~101.17%(RSD=2.19%,n=9)、96.22%~104.53%(RSD=3.27%,n=9)、96.20%~104.90%(RSD=2.41%,n=9)、95.60%~104.48%(RSD=2.85%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法簡單、靈敏、可靠,適用于拉西地平原料藥中4種有機溶劑殘留量的同時測定。
