【摘要】：目的:了解抗腫瘤藥致藥品不良反應(yīng)(ADR)的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)生規(guī)律,為臨床安全使用抗腫瘤藥提供參考。方法:采用回顧性研究方法,對某腫瘤�？漆t(yī)院2015年1-12月收集的309例抗腫瘤藥致ADR報(bào)告進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析。結(jié)果:309例ADR患者中,女性(58.25%)多于男性(41.75%);40歲以上患者所占比例較高(78.64%);引發(fā)ADR的給藥途徑以靜脈滴注為主(94.82%);嚴(yán)重的ADR 225例(72.82%);經(jīng)停藥或治療后好轉(zhuǎn)的有268例(86.73%)。309例ADR共涉及24種抗腫瘤藥物,引發(fā)ADR最多的藥品依次為多西他賽、順鉑和環(huán)磷酰胺;ADR累及器官/系統(tǒng)以造血系統(tǒng)最常見(64.24%),臨床表現(xiàn)主要為骨髓抑制。結(jié)論:臨床應(yīng)加強(qiáng)抗腫瘤藥的ADR監(jiān)測,及時(shí)預(yù)防、發(fā)現(xiàn)和診治抗腫瘤藥引發(fā)的ADR,以減少對患者造成的傷害,保證藥物治療的安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics and occurrence of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by antineoplastic drugs, and to provide reference for the safe use of antineoplastic drugs in clinic. Methods: 309 cases of ADR caused by antineoplastic drugs collected from January to December 2015 in a tumor hospital were statistically analyzed. Results: among 309 patients with ADR, female (58.25%) was more than male (41.75%), the proportion of patients over 40 years old was higher (78.64%), the main route of ADR administration was intravenous infusion (94.82%), 225 cases of severe ADR (72.82%), and 225 cases of severe ADR (72.82%). There were 268 cases (86.73%) improved after withdrawal or treatment. 309 cases of ADR involved 24 kinds of antitumor drugs, the most common drugs causing ADR were docetaxel, DDP and cyclophosphamide, and the hematopoietic system involved in ADR was the most common (64.24%), and the main clinical manifestation was bone marrow suppression. Conclusion: in order to reduce the injury to patients and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug treatment, ADR monitoring of antitumor drugs should be strengthened, timely prevention, detection and diagnosis and treatment of ADR, caused by antineoplastic drugs should be strengthened in order to reduce the injury to patients and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug treatment.
