【摘要】:正神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤(neuroblastoma,NB)是常見(jiàn)的兒童惡性腫瘤,在手術(shù)、放化療及介入等多種手段綜合治療下,總體療效仍然極差。近年來(lái)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),果蠅zeste基因增強(qiáng)子同源物2(enhancer of zeste homolog 2,EZH2)能抑制相關(guān)抑癌基因,明顯增加神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤發(fā)生、發(fā)展的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)~([1])。GSK126是一種新型的選擇性EZH2抑制劑~([2-3]),其在實(shí)體瘤方面的藥效探究目前相對(duì)較少。本文將對(duì)GSK126在神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤
