【摘要】：目的:了解大型眼科診療中心的用藥構(gòu)成,指導(dǎo)和加強(qiáng)眼科用藥的藥事管理。方法:調(diào)取某大型眼科診療中心2013-2015年眼科用藥的銷售金額和銷售數(shù)量等數(shù)據(jù),采用銷售金額、限定日劑量和用藥頻度分析的方法,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理、分析及評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:該中心眼科用藥共涉及五大類26亞類135個(gè)品規(guī),眼科其他用藥占眼科用藥總銷售金額的56.70%,占總銷售數(shù)量的52.42%;人工淚液、眼潤(rùn)滑劑和收斂藥的銷售金額及銷售數(shù)量均排名第1;抗細(xì)菌藥物是最常用的眼部感染用藥;眼用抗炎藥以其他抗炎藥為主,糖皮質(zhì)激素為輔;青光眼用藥中的前列腺素類似物和碳酸酐酶抑制劑等的序號(hào)比(B/A)0.5。國(guó)產(chǎn)眼科藥品占藥品總銷售金額的57.77%,占總銷售數(shù)量的69.42%。眼科用藥的基本藥物僅占總銷售金額的7.92%。局部外用抗菌藥物使用率門診30.00%,住院94.00%。激素沖擊療法不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為17.19%。結(jié)論:輔助用藥應(yīng)成為眼科用藥藥事管理的重點(diǎn);應(yīng)加強(qiáng)眼用抗細(xì)菌藥、前列腺素類似物、糖皮質(zhì)激素的�？朴盟幑芾�,促進(jìn)其合理使用;國(guó)產(chǎn)藥品占據(jù)眼科用藥主流,但研發(fā)有待加強(qiáng);眼科基本藥物供應(yīng)短缺,亟待充實(shí)基本藥物目錄。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the composition of drug use in large ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment center, and to guide and strengthen the drug management of ophthalmic drug use. Methods: the data of sales amount and quantity of ophthalmic drugs used in a large ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment center from 2013 to 2015 were collected, and the data were processed, analyzed and evaluated by means of sales amount, limited daily dose and frequency analysis. Results: there were 135 ophthalmic drugs in five categories and 26 subcategories. Other ophthalmic drugs accounted for 56.70% of the total sales amount of ophthalmic drugs, accounting for 52.42% of the total sales volume. The sales amount and quantity of artificial tears, eye moisturizers and convergent drugs ranked first. Antibacterial drugs were the most commonly used drugs for eye infection.
