【摘要】：目的研究過氧乙酸與溫度協(xié)同殺菌作用,為擴展其應用空間提供依據(jù)。方法采用懸液定量殺菌試驗方法 ,觀察不同溫度對過氧乙酸協(xié)同殺菌效果。結(jié)果在25℃條件下,800 mg/L過氧乙酸消毒液作用1 min,對懸液內(nèi)枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢、蠟樣芽孢桿菌芽孢和酸土脂環(huán)酸桿菌芽孢平均殺滅對數(shù)值依次為0.48、0.23和0.82;將作用溫度升高到65℃時,對上述3種細菌芽孢的平均殺滅對數(shù)值均可達到7.00以上。結(jié)論溫度對過氧乙酸的殺菌能力具有協(xié)同增強作用,隨作用溫度升高,過氧乙酸殺菌效果逐漸提高。
