【摘要】：目的分析重慶市β-內(nèi)酰胺酶抑制劑復合制劑所致藥物不良反應(ADR)的特點和一般規(guī)律,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法對2008—2013年重慶市ADR監(jiān)測中心接收的β-內(nèi)酰胺酶抑制劑復合制劑致4 917例ADR報告進行回顧性統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 4 917例報告中,老年患者與兒童患者比例較高;靜脈滴注給藥引發(fā)的ADR最多,占92.15%;含舒巴坦復合制劑引起的ADR居首位,占74.27%;所涉及藥品前3位分別為頭孢哌酮/舒巴坦2 077例(42.24%)、阿莫西林/舒巴坦698例(14.20%)及阿莫西林/克拉維酸鉀652例(13.26%);ADR累及器官及系統(tǒng)以皮膚及其附件損害、全身性損害和消化系統(tǒng)損害最為常見。結(jié)論臨床應重視β-內(nèi)酰胺酶抑制劑復合制劑的ADR監(jiān)測工作,減少或避免ADR的發(fā)生,保障臨床用藥安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics and general rules of adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by 尾-lactamase inhibitor compound preparation in Chongqing, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods A retrospective analysis of 4917 cases of ADR caused by 尾-lactamase inhibitor compound preparation received by Chongqing ADR Monitoring Center from 2008 to 2013 was carried out. Results among the 4 917 cases, the proportion of elderly patients was higher than that of children, ADR caused by intravenous drip was the most, accounting for 92.15%, ADR caused by sulbactam compound preparation was the first, accounting for 74.27%, the first three drugs involved were cefoperazone / sulbactam in 2077 cases (42.24%), amoxicillin / sulbactam in 698 cases (14.20%) and amoxicillin / clavulanate in 652 cases (13.26%), and the first three drugs involved were cefoperazone / sulbactam in 2077 cases (42.24%), amoxicillin / sulbactam in 698 cases (14.20%) and amoxicillin / clavulanate potassium in 652 cases (13.26%). ADR involves organs and systems in which skin and its appendages are damaged, systemic damage and digestive system damage are the most common. Conclusion attention should be paid to the ADR monitoring of 尾-lactamase inhibitor compound preparation in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR and ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical drug use.
