我院靜脈用藥集中調(diào)配中心的質(zhì)量控制管理及實(shí)踐

【摘要】：目的:為實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化的靜脈用藥集中調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)質(zhì)量控制管理提供參考。方法:從內(nèi)部質(zhì)量控制體系組織的建立、質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)及質(zhì)量控制效果3個(gè)方面介紹我院PIVAS質(zhì)量控制的管理及成效。結(jié)果:通過(guò)對(duì)審方、調(diào)配、感控、設(shè)備、藥品、耗材、衛(wèi)生7大方面的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)每月檢查1次并召開(kāi)1次質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)評(píng)會(huì),對(duì)不合格指標(biāo)和存在的安全隱患進(jìn)行分析,我院PIVAS質(zhì)量控制取得了較好的效果,質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)合格率由2016年1月的84%上升到了同年6月的90%,同期差錯(cuò)率由0.579‰降低到0.099‰。結(jié)論:通過(guò)制定詳細(xì)的質(zhì)量控制關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)對(duì)PIVAS實(shí)行全過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制,可有效規(guī)范各崗位工作流程、減少配制差錯(cuò)、保障藥品配制質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for standardized and standardized (PIVAS) quality control management in centralized intravenous drug distribution center. Methods: the management and effect of PIVAS quality control in our hospital were introduced from three aspects: the establishment of internal quality control system, the key indexes of quality control and the effect of quality control. Results: the quality control of PIVAS in our hospital was improved from 84% in January 2016 to 90% in June of the same year through the inspection of seven indexes such as prescription, deployment, perception control, equipment, drugs, consumables and hygiene once a month and holding a quality control evaluation meeting once a month to analyze the unqualified indexes and the existing hidden dangers of the quality control in our hospital, and the qualified rate of the quality control indexes increased from 84% in January 2016 to 90% in June of the same year. The qualified rate of the quality control indexes in our hospital has been increased from 84% in January 2016 to 90% in June of the same year. The error rate decreased from 0.579 per thousand to 0.099 per thousand in the same period. Conclusion: the whole process quality control of PIVAS can be carried out by formulating detailed key indexes of quality control, which can effectively standardize the work flow of each post, reduce the error of preparation and ensure the quality of drug preparation.
