【摘要】：背景:國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局(以下簡稱國家總局)于2009年12月16日發(fā)布《關(guān)于印發(fā)醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理規(guī)范(試行)的通知》,要求于2011年1月1日首先在風險較高的無菌和植入性醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)實施。修訂后的《規(guī)范》于2014年12月29日公告發(fā)布,并于2015年3月1日起施行。目的:分析四川省31家無菌和植入性醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀以及實施《規(guī)范(試行)》的情況,并提出針對性建議。方法:通過質(zhì)量管理體系考核、監(jiān)督檢查、飛行檢查、問卷調(diào)查等形式收集了四川省31家無菌和植入性醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料,并對數(shù)據(jù)進行了統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:四川省醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)整體規(guī)模偏小,設(shè)備不夠先進,從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)偏低,資金不足,管理不到位。在此基礎(chǔ)上,作者從生產(chǎn)和監(jiān)管2個方面出發(fā),為《規(guī)范》有效實施提出了指導性建議。
[Abstract]:Background: the State Food and medicines Supervision and Administration (hereinafter referred to as the State Administration of Food) issued the Circular on the issuance of quality Management norms for the production of Medical Devices (trial) on December 16, 2009, It is required to be implemented first in riskier sterile and implantable medical device manufacturers on January 1, 2011. The revised Code was announced on December 29, 2014 and entered into force on March 1, 2015. Objective: to analyze the present situation of 31 aseptic and implantable medical device manufacturers in Sichuan Province and the implementation of the Code (trial), and to put forward some suggestions. Methods: the relevant data of 31 aseptic and implantable medical device manufacturers in Sichuan Province were collected by quality management system assessment, supervision and inspection, flight inspection and questionnaire survey, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results & conclusion: the overall scale of medical device production enterprises in Sichuan Province is small, the equipment is not advanced enough, the quality of employees is low, the funds are insufficient, and the management is not in place. On this basis, the author puts forward some guiding suggestions for the effective implementation of the Standard from two aspects of production and supervision.
