【摘要】：目的:為制藥企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)建質(zhì)量管理體系提供建議。方法:基于制藥企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)質(zhì)量管理體系構(gòu)建的必要性,對構(gòu)建過程中的若干問題提出幾點(diǎn)建議。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:制藥企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量意識、團(tuán)隊建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)和文件編寫,構(gòu)建質(zhì)量管理體系,提高研發(fā)工作效率,保障研發(fā)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide suggestions for the construction of quality management system in R & D institutions of pharmaceutical enterprises. Methods: based on the necessity of constructing quality management system of R & D institutions in pharmaceutical enterprises, some suggestions on some problems in the process of construction were put forward. Results & conclusion: the R & D institutions of pharmaceutical enterprises should strengthen the quality consciousness, team building, personnel training and document writing, construct the quality management system, improve the efficiency of R & D work and ensure the quality of R & D products.
