頂空毛細管氣相色譜法測定帕瑞昔布鈉中的殘留溶劑含量

【摘要】:目的采用頂空氣相色譜法,建立帕瑞昔布鈉中甲醇、乙醇、二氯甲烷、正己烷和環(huán)己烷5種有機殘留溶劑的測定方法。方法色譜柱為Agilent DB-624(30 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm)毛細管柱,采取程序升溫,檢測器為氫火焰離子化檢測器,檢測器溫度為250℃,進樣口溫度為200℃,二甲基亞砜為溶劑,采用外標(biāo)法計算殘留溶劑的含量。結(jié)果在現(xiàn)定色譜條件下,甲醇、乙醇、二氯甲烷、正己烷和環(huán)己烷色譜峰均能達到有效分離,在考察的質(zhì)量濃度內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r≥0.999 0),平均回收率為98.7%~100.8%(RSD5%,n=9),定量限分別為0.51、0.43、0.50、0.29和0.08 mg·L-1。結(jié)論該法適用于帕瑞昔布鈉原料藥中5種有機殘留溶劑的含量測定。
