氣道吸入中性粒細(xì)胞彈性蛋白酶抑制劑對(duì)顱腦損傷誤吸致肺損傷大鼠炎性因子及免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:正顱腦損傷(Brain injury)患者咽反射消失,食物或口咽分泌物容易誤吸進(jìn)入肺內(nèi),導(dǎo)致急性吸入性肺損傷(Acute lung injury,ALI),處理不及時(shí)還可能出現(xiàn)急性呼吸窘迫綜合征(ARDS),甚至造成患者死亡~([1])。目前顱腦損傷繼發(fā)肺損傷發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不明確,可能與活化中性粒細(xì)胞(Polymorphonulear leukocyte,PMN)釋放細(xì)胞因子與過度炎癥反應(yīng)密切相
[Abstract]:In patients with positive craniocerebral injury (Brain injury), pharyngeal reflex disappears, food or oral and pharyngeal secretions are easy to be sucked into the lung by mistake, resulting in acute inhaled lung injury (Acute lung injury,ALI). (ARDS), may also appear in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) if it is not treated in time. It even causes the death of the patient ~ ([1]). At present, the pathogenesis of lung injury secondary to craniocerebral injury is not clear, which may be closely related to the release of cytokines from activated neutrophils (Polymorphonulear leukocyte,PMN) and excessive inflammatory reaction.
