液體注射劑拉曼無(wú)損篩查數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立

【摘要】:目的:建立拉曼光譜快速無(wú)損篩查液體注射液和大輸液的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。方法:對(duì)拉曼無(wú)損檢測(cè)液體的方法制定規(guī)范化操作規(guī)程(SOP),對(duì)每個(gè)注射液品種建立拉曼模型,根據(jù)動(dòng)態(tài)驗(yàn)證的結(jié)果調(diào)節(jié)每個(gè)品種的個(gè)體化閾值,最終形成數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)用于液體注射劑的快速無(wú)損篩查。結(jié)果:建立了114個(gè)拉曼液體注射劑品種的拉曼無(wú)損篩查數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。結(jié)論:隨著液體注射劑拉曼光譜的不斷累積,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)將進(jìn)一步步完善,實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)液體注射液和大輸液的快速無(wú)損檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a database for rapid and nondestructive screening of liquid injection and infusion by Raman spectroscopy. Methods: the standard operating procedure for Raman nondestructive testing liquid was established. (SOP), established Raman model for each injection variety, and adjusted the individualized threshold of each injection variety according to the results of dynamic verification. Finally, a database was formed for rapid nondestructive screening of liquid injections. Results: the Raman nondestructive screening database of 114 Raman liquid injection varieties was established. Conclusion: with the accumulation of Raman spectra of liquid injection, the database will be improved step by step to realize the rapid nondestructive testing of liquid injection and infusion.
